Feel free to make yourselves at home in a beautiful cozy and private place, situated on the Top Floor of a duplex, 10 mins drive to downtown, 2 mins walk to the the most famous street in Le Sud-ouest area - Blv. Monk, which is a convenient area with many restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets ( Walmart, iga, provigo, maxi etc.) parks, and carrefour Angrignon. More than 100 sq ft living area with 8 ft ceiling. Everything you need only in a minutes walk. We are looking forward to seeing you !!!

No noisy gatherings as you will have neighbors above and below you. 4 guests max regardless of age is a hard rule. 10 min by car from downtown. 2 free parking spots. 5 min walk from subway.

Welcome to South West Montreal! Large living room with equipped kitchenette and living room with TV. Bedroom with queen bed and storage area with desk. Bathroom with shower, washer and dryer. Separate toilet. Basement home, private entrance. 2 min from Jolicoeur subway. The Lachine Canal is a 10 min walk away and Wellington Street is a 15 min walk away with all restaurants and shops. Parking is free on the street. The airport is 30 min away by taxi.

Studio with double bed, small kitchen, private bathroom and private entrance to the appartment. Really nice neighborhood, 10 min walk from the metro station Jolicoeur, which is at 8 stations from downtown (15 min). Really nice and welcoming. Half basement. The staircase is not very large (little smaller than regular stairs). The ceiling is lower than normal, 6 feet 7 inches (2 meters). Not suitable for more than 2 people! Perfect for short stay.

Near all amenities, grocery store , bank, bakery, Angrignon Park. 15 minutes by metro from the city center. Free parking on the street. ( child over 2 years allowed)

Our stay at Sam’s place was great! Communication was super clear, and he responded quickly any time we had a question or concern. He also worked with us to arrange an earlier check-in, which really helped us out on our first day. During the stay, we needed an iron and a blow dryer, and Sam made sure to get both to us promptly. The place was very clean and easy to access when we arrived. The building itself was quiet, and everyone we came across was friendly, so we didn’t have any issues with neighbors or noise. The location was also great, easy to walk around and find things to do nearby. Overall, we had a smooth, enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend staying here while exploring Montreal!

Catherine was very helpful and responsive. It was my first time traveling alone to a new country. She gave great recommendations and the neighborhood! The friendliest and most welcoming people.

We loved the place. I lived in Verdun for a long time and now that I no longer live there, I like to go back from time to time. The accommodation is close to Wellington Street and a metro station, parking is easy. It was really perfect. A secure code to enter the Airbnb, a code for the bedroom, a clean and modern private bathroom. Access to the shared kitchen where there was more than necessary. Several rooms were booked during our stay, but it remained very quiet, we did not hear the other visitors. Michelle is full of little touches. We really enjoyed the place and will return for our next stays in Verdun without hesitation.
