Feel free to make yourselves at home in a beautiful cozy and private place, situated on the Top Floor of a duplex, 10 mins drive to downtown, 2 mins walk to the the most famous street in Le Sud-ouest area - Blv. Monk, which is a convenient area with many restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets ( Walmart, iga, provigo, maxi etc.) parks, and carrefour Angrignon. More than 100 sq ft living area with 8 ft ceiling. Everything you need only in a minutes walk. We are looking forward to seeing you !!!

Spacious 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, in a residential area. Built in the 1950s a unique Italian style. We preserved its authentic decor, antique decor so you will feel like you are staying in a small castle. The host lives in the unit below. Ideal for responsible adults. No noisy gatherings as you will have neighbors above and below you. 4 guests max regardless of age is a hard rule. 10 min by car from downtown. 2 free parking spots. 5 min walk from subway.

Studio 15 min from downtown

Studio with double bed, small kitchen, private bathroom and private entrance to the appartment. Really nice neighborhood, 10 min walk from the metro station Jolicoeur, which is at 8 stations from downtown (15 min). Really nice and welcoming. Half basement. The staircase is not very large (little smaller than regular stairs). The ceiling is lower than normal, 6 feet 7 inches (2 meters). Not suitable for more than 2 people! Perfect for short stay.

Our stay at Sam’s place was great! Communication was super clear, and he responded quickly any time we had a question or concern. He also worked with us to arrange an earlier check-in, which really helped us out on our first day. During the stay, we needed an iron and a blow dryer, and Sam made sure to get both to us promptly. The place was very clean and easy to access when we arrived. The building itself was quiet, and everyone we came across was friendly, so we didn’t have any issues with neighbors or noise. The location was also great, easy to walk around and find things to do nearby. Overall, we had a smooth, enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend staying here while exploring Montreal!

New Spacious 1 BDR Unit close to Metro and DT

Très bon séjour, logement propre. Nous avons apprécié arrivé et avoir les premières nécessité (the , café , pâtes, riz, sel poivre, et différents condiments, dentifrice, gel douche , shampooing ) Le bus 36 est à proximité ce qui permet d aller en ville en direct ou de nous déposer au métro. Petits magasins à proximité (dépannage) le café Monk un café très sympa !!! Le tim Hortons pas loin un fast food certes mais j ai aimé les tim matin muffins anglais bacon ! Une hôte hyper réactive ! C est très fonctionnel et le bonus pour nous l accès à la buanderie franchement très pratique ! Et la cordialité est de mise on nous a mis notre linge dans le sèche linge on la retrouver sécher et plier ! Merci pour ce moment !! On a adoré Montréal

Catherine was very helpful and responsive. It was my first time traveling alone to a new country. She gave great recommendations and the neighborhood! The friendliest and most welcoming people.

On a adoré l'endroit. J'ai longtemps habité à Verdun et maintenant que je n'y habite plus, j'aime bien y revenir de temps en temps. Le logement est près de la rue Wellington et d'une station de métro, le stationnement est facile. C'était vraiment parfait. Un code sécurisé pour entrer dans le Airbnb, un code pour la chambre, une salle de bain privée propre et moderne. L'accès à la cuisine partagée où il y avait plus que le nécessaire. Plusieurs chambre étaient réservées lors de notre séjour, mais c'est demeuré très calme, nous n'entendions pas les autres visiteurs. Michelle est plein de petites attentions. Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'endroit et nous y reviendrons pour nos prochains séjours à Verdun sans aucune hésitation.

Besonders erfreulich war der persönliche Kontakt, die Gastfreundschaft und das Vertrauen, das uns entgegengebracht wurde. Shafali hat uns jederzeit ihre Hilfe angeboten, sehr flott schriftlich reagiert und sich ganz flexibel gezeigt. Das Haus in einer ruhigen Wohnlage ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung Montreals.
