Sunset Pointe is the perfect base for a seaside break.Located a 2min walk from Cleveleys high street, where you will find a variety of shops, cafes, bars, takeaways and arcades. The beach is a 5 minute walk away & the tram stop to the centre of Blackpool/ Fleetwood is a 3minute walk away. There is a big Aldi in the centre of Cleveleys and convenience store located on ‘Beach Road’ (a 2min walk from the house). The house is pet friendly & has a secure garden for dogs which is a lovely suntrap.

A wonderful location for the perfect family (and pet!) getaway. House is a family home when not being rented so guests are asked to respect that.

It is also perfect for families looking for a home away from home, it is located just out of town so it is quiet but close enough to the attractions and the motorway. Everything is provided and there is an outdoor space to enjoy too. The house is not suitable for large groups and these types of bookings will not be accepted.
