Our La Rosa cottage offers you a high quality service: designer decor with a polished concrete kitchen, mutijet showers, a balneo bathtub, a covered terrace with armchairs and benches to relax with family or friends. The living room is glass and very spacious (70 m2), the bedrooms (anise,chataigne,raspberry,blackcurrant) invite you to rest, balconies to admire the view of Ornans and the row of the valley. There is a large private courtyard and 2 garages. Meals can be served by a caterer in the cottage. La Rosa is a 5-minute walk from all shops (restaurant on the river, bakeries, groceries, post office, bank ...) and all the following activities: -Museum of the painter G. The source of the Loue is 15 km, the Lison 25 km, the Doubs jump 50 km. Access by motorway A 36 and A 39, bus line from Besançon station, Tgv station 25 km away. This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Apartment adjoining the owner's house but independent. On 2 levels including equipped kitchen, (washing machine and dishwasher), bathroom and living room on the ground floor + 2 large bedrooms upstairs.
