Villa vacation rentals in Clermont-l'Hérault

We’ve just returned from a week‘s stay at this beautiful location. Everything is as described and even better than pictured. The house was perfect for us (2 adults and 2 kids) and the kitchen has everything one could need. There is also an electric bbq outside, which we used a couple of times as well. There is a lovely gazebo out by the pool where we ate all of our meals. And the pool itself was definitely the highlight for the kids. It is nice and big and clean and was the perfect temperature. The garden was my personal favorite as it is so big, absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. The location is very quiet and private and since we had a car we never attempted to walk to Pézenas so I’m not sure how long this would take but the drive was about 10 min to the grocery store. Driving to the beach (we went to Sète) took about 40 min. The hosts are lovely and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and quiet vacation in south France.

Perfect stay! Sinan is an exceptional host, very welcoming and available. His tips on restaurants and local activities were invaluable. We felt right at home. We were pleasantly surprised by the charm of this house. Everything was thought out for our comfort, from kitchen amenities to soft towels. A real cocoon. Located in a quiet area, the accommodation is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The proximity to shops and restaurants is a real plus. i highly recommend it

A perfect stay in a beautiful villa! We were a group of 10 and everything went very well. The house is spacious, clean, well-equipped and matches the listing. The environment is quiet and pleasant, ideal for relaxing. Chloé was very responsive and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend this villa with our eyes closed and will be back with pleasure! We will come back without hesitation!

The house is supernice, the garden and pool is beautiful and Isabelle and her husband is a delight. The couple are very friendly and answers quickly any questions. It felt like meeting family 😊 We didn’t know that the downstairs of the house would be rented out to others until we got there. It is not very soundproof between the floors. Still it is quite private outside. We traveled two friends with our 6 kids and the house was spacious for all of us. Some felt the mattresses were too hard, but that is a matter of opinion. They even gave us two extra mattresses we could put on the floor to make room for 3 in two of the rooms. The pool area is very nice and was used extensively 😄 There where plenty of towels in the bathrooms to use in the house and by the pool. We were well taken care of. The small town is sweet and have some restaurants and a shop, but it’s good to have a car if you’re going somewhere else. Thank you both for a wonderful stay and we hope to see you again 🤩

I highly recommend this house which is quiet, clean, spacious, pleasant and has a multitude of accessories. The bedroom area with private shower and quality bedding offers real moments of rest… And what could be better than an air-conditioned house! This place is paradise. Christophe and Christine could not have been more helpful or kind. This place is definitely the best Airbnb I have stayed in and we were all so sad to leave. It is decorated and maintained to exceptional standards. We all loved it.

Beautiful accommodation, with everything, clean, safe in relation to the main road. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the pool, but nothing to miss since we will definitely come back. Jeremie is very present for his accommodation, sometimes we feel that he is suffocating with reminders here and there yet he only wants the well-being of the occupants. So recommend.

Clean villa in a peaceful setting! The 2 suites on the ground floor are spacious and comfortable, which is less qualitative in the bedroom and bathroom on the lower level. Note: with small children, please note that the pool protection curtain is not functional. When one imagines securing a well appointed, safe, comfortable, accommodating and ideally located place to truly relax or explore the delights of the southern Occitanie region from, Marc & Isabelle’s offering should definitely be on their mind. From very effective host communication, solid directions :) & a flexible approach all the way through to supporting us getting settled in, finding places we need as part of getting comfortable etc, we felt supremely well taken care of. The property itself is very well appointed & looks exactly as depicted in the app; it’s an excellent AirBnB for those who want to relax in comfort & privacy with a superb array of mod-cons. Everyone in our group was very impressed. Thoughtful and clever touches abound across the entire modern property & we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone (family or a group of friends) - it’s a gem are likely going to return to! Nothing! That's what's missing from this listing! Angelique's welcome was perfect, she was available and very adaptable for us. The accommodation is impeccable and everything is there for a great time for families or groups of friends. The cold drinks on arrival were much appreciated. Everything was tastefully thought out and beautifully decorated. The exterior is beautiful, between the pool, the jacuzzi, the trampoline for children, everyone finds something for themselves. The environment is very quiet and you can go for short walks from the house. The best part was that our dogs were welcome.

Fabulous house … spacious , well equipped and spotlessly clean & fresh. The house was as described in the photos and was bigger than we expected. Beds and furniture were super comfy. The outside area was brilliant … comfortable pool loungers , ample umbrellas for shade and large dining table . Beautiful outside seating area with comfy cushions, was very relaxing . The pool area was excellent … there was always an option for sun or shade throughout the day . Allan & Alison were superb hosts , very responsive to our messages and so helpful and friendly . They welcomed ourselves and our dogs and were accessible when we needed them for advice during our stay . This is a fabulous property set in a rural area with very close access to all amenities and road networks . We had a great time discovering an area we were unfamiliar with … lots to see and do . We would highly recommend this property and region .( And the local wine !) Thankyou to our amazing hosts for a memorable stay .

Excellent villa , great hosts and good communication. Great way to celebrate family birthdays . The villa was just like the photos advertised . Extremely clean and well stocked . Only small disappointment not many local restaurants that are walkable to eat in the evenings .
