The cottage features a comfortable living space, a well-equipped kitchen, a serene bedroom, and a private outdoor area where you can relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air. With hiking trails, waterfalls, and charming small towns just a short drive away, we can't wait to welcome you to our cottage.

Hanover Haven 3 BR/2 Bath

Hanover Haven is located close to all you need! Clemson University is only 3 miles away. There are 3 full grocery stores within 5 minutes. Lake Keowee access and marina all within 5 miles. The Gathering space is such a great place to have family fun! There are card games and large TVs with multiple streaming platforms. We are also working on a great outdoor space that will include a grill and sail shade ready for the summer. There is also an RV on the property that is an AirBNB with privacy.

A rustic industrial style Lake Keowee lakefront escape that places you right on a panoramic point in a private cove. Welcome the outdoors in with the 6ft kitchen hinge bar window to the upper deck or enjoy the 6-seat hot tub on lower deck. Deep water dock tie off space is available. Guests enjoy the use of 2 standup paddle boards, and lakeside fire pit (guest provide firewood). Great cove sunsets! 15 minutes to Clemson and 1 min Lighthouse Restaurant. The porch is a nice relaxing cozy place where you can enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine while watching the lake glisten.

Driveway parking. Dogs Welcome! ($25 pet fee/entire stay)
