Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance to a hamlet. The bay windows provide access to the terrace and small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the courtyard. We live in the adjoining house, not overlooked, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the gîte. A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. The refuge

Need for nature, calm, come and enjoy a stay in the heart of Brittany. This small, typically Breton house is south-facing. Very easy access, 2 minutes from the Rennes Brest main road. On foot, you can access Lake Guerlédan. For the more motivated, to the Abbey of Bon Repos in Saint Gelven, to the Beau Rivage site in Caurel, to the Sordan cove in Sait Aignan... By car you are 12 km from Mûr de Bretagne, 30 km from Pontivy and 55 km from Saint Brieuc.

Our cottage is completely renovated to accommodate you with included wellness area access with a jacuzzi for 4 people. The wellness area is accessible and private, except on the morning of your departure, in order to empty and clean the hot tub. Long-distance hiking trails, mountain biking, green valley. Wake West Park 10 minutes away, Poul Fetan Village 10 minutes away. Lorient and beaches 35 minutes away. Sheets, towels and bathrobes provided.
