Was visiting family and this was the perfect location, close to royal oak and ferndale and a short drive detroit and birmingham. The entire place was spotless, beds were comfortable, and check in and out was easy and stress free. Highly recommend if you need a cozy place to stay in detroit area.

My group and I stayed for a couple of nights to attend a Cubs game. Kristin’s place is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood close to just about anything you could need (groceries, shopping, restaurants). It is very clean inside and as described. Access to downtown Detroit is very easy - 15 to 20 minutes maximum by car. Kristin herself was very responsive via text message when necessary. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend staying here. Thank you again.

Quaint, darling place on beautiful well manicured large outdoor space with beautiful flowers and trees, along a walking path. Feels like you’re in the woods. I saw deer quietly moseying around. Lovely attention to detail. Also, Irene accompanied me on short notice for which I’m very thankful!
