King's Court is a quiet, 4 bedroom, family home in a magical setting looking over the world heritage City of Bath. Sitting in beautiful gardens and untouched National Trust countryside, you have the city laid at your feet. Not only do you have stunning gardens and woodland for children (and adults!) to escape to, but you are a 3 min drive /13 min walk to the heart of Bath. Two large reception rooms, one with huge ceiling to floor glass, and a full length balcony mean you will not want to leave!

A chance to stay in a super Georgian terrace, with free on-street permit parking from check-in to check-out for one car. This stylish and completely self-contained suite of rooms in a Grade II* listed townhouse includes a sitting room (with hospitality area), quiet bedroom and bathroom. Please note there's no kitchen, but there is a fridge, kettle, toaster, plates and cutlery for light meals. It has its own private entrance and is superbly located just a ten-minute walk from the centre of Bath.

The Garden Flat, quiet & entirely separate. Bath

The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

The Bath Bothy

Charming self-contained garden annex separate from the main house. Based in the pretty village of Claverton and only 3 miles from the historic Spa City of Bath. It is in walking distance from Bath University and American Museum. 'The Bothy', as called by the family, boasts off-street parking, it's own entrance, luxurious double bed, kitchenette, shower room, TV and mezzanine level complete with air beds for children by agreement.

The Loft House is a charming, newly renovated house in the heart of Bath . A host of lovely cafes, restaurants and independent shops are right on the doorstep. The historic Circus is a stone's throw away with the Royal Crescent a short walk beyond. Heading south, you'll quickly reach Milsom Street which will take you down towards the Roman Baths, Abbey and Pulteney Bridge.
