Monthly Rentals in Clarksville

This was the perfect place for our stay. The house is small, as it is listed, and had everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer available was an added plus for us. The house is well taken care of and very clean. The back yard was a great and gave my husband a nice place to read and enjoy the nice weather. Codie is an excellent host. He responded promptly any time I had a question.

Spotless. Comfortable. Responsive. Located within walking distance of a great many restaurants, bars and entertainment venues. I don’t know what else to say because if this isn’t enough for you.. good luck! We enjoyed a wonderful stay. 10/10 recommend.

This is place is absolutely wonderful. plenty of space for a family, beautiful scenery, private and not far from stores. everything was absolutely perfect and would love to return for a longer stay. 10 outta 10 highly recommend.
