We stayed with Kelly while visiting family in Perth and the place was amazing, the moment you arrive you are blown away with the amazing view but also the home itself was beautiful and had everything you need. We can’t wait to come back again thank you for making our time in Perth one to remember!

Our family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. It is very spacious and fits all 9 (5 adults & 4 children) of us with ample space left. The house is located in a beautiful surrounding and well equipped. It has all the amenities we needed and we felt right at home. The location is great too as it is only 2 mins drive to the nearest supermarket and 5 mins away from the nearest mall. Its strategic location made traveling around to popular tourist spots very accessible. Highly recommended for any families looking to travel to Perth soon as this is truly a gem!

A beautiful home, thoughtfully furnished for a family or a group to reside together. The swimming pool was great ! It's a nice place to relax, swim and chill. We were pleasantly surprised with a basket of fresh fruits in the house. The fridge and pantry was stocked up with the basic needs for our stay. Because of the fantastic accommodation we had a great holiday in Perth, Australia.

Our stay at Paul's place was so lovely! Paul was such a great host who welcomed us so warmly. He was very responsive and helpful to answer all our queries and also gave us great recommendations for our trip. A bonus was that his place has a spectacular view that takes your breath away. We loved seeing wild kangaroos just at the entrance hanging out and the chickens in the coop too. The entire place was so spacious and the kitchen was very well-equipped. Great holiday booking for groups and families. Highly recommend!

Great host, great house

Rebecca's place was immaculate and great for big families. They had complete amenities for the kitchen for us to get started on cooking dinner since we checked in late in the evening. Their beds were comfortable and the toilets were clean. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider their place again should we come and visit Perth!

When we were there, it was a little cool for the use for the pool, it was used, but not as much as it would’ve been in the summer. The outdoor grill is fantastic, we actually only used the sofa and TV on her last night. The indoor outdoor living scenario was worth every penny.

House was perfect for our large group of singles. Lots of bedding and great communal areas. Outdoor area and pool were a standout and if we had been there in warmer months would have been used more. Check-in instructions were clear and lots of sensor lights so we could find our way. All of our group commented on how much they loved the house

We stayed here in Autumn and found it was easy to access mullaloo beach, cafes and a local shop just around the corner. It was easy to access places and the freeway. The accommodation matched the description and all towels and linen were provided even beach towels! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to book with a few guests. Plenty of space and although we didn’t use the pool we did use the outside area which was great!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Calvin's communication was fabulous and the outdoor pool room made the perfect space to study.

Loved our stay here, walking distance to shops and restaurants, quiet and private, house was spotless and well presented. Frank was amazing and would always answer quickly and provide any help he could.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dianne’s home. The accommodations were above expectations and we would happily stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to Perth/North Beach.

My family and me enjoyed our stay in this cosy place. It is dog friendly. Location was good- There were a lot of parks for the kids and a dog park within walking distance. It was a short drive to Yanchep town and the beach. There was an issue with the wifi which was quickly sorted. Ally and Andrew were very helpful and responsive. We loved our stay at their place.

We loved Linda's place. We stayed for a week while our home underwent some renovations. We walked to the grocery store, the bus and river. It was super easy to get around, and the apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed. Definitely recommended.

Had family visiting Australia for the first time and we used James and Pennys property as a base for exploring and also having chill days. We loved the property, the kitchen was clean and well equipped and the beds in the 3 bedrooms we used were very comfortable. Outdoor area provided us a great space to play games and relax in the sun and also under the shade. The road was very quiet and no real disturbances from neighbours. Would recommend this property to families and friends looking for somewhere to chill. James was also a great communicator throughout our stay, very responsive!

We have stayed in Aileen’s accommodation for 2 nights as part of our multigenerational family trip. The stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and well-cared for. The entire place was spacious and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the outdoor space and sports equipment. The house is tastefully decorated and is a sight for sore eyes. There were plenty amenities and features such as filtered hot/cold water system, ride on toy car, baby cot, highchair etc, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Aileen is a great host, she has allowed us to pick fruit off the trees in the garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Nathan and Hannah's went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, they were very responsive to our queries and personally brought items to our place when we couldn't find it. The house was exceptionally spacious and cosy, with plenty of room for us to cook, relax and dine. The kitchen had a dishwasher which saved us time cleaning up, and is well stocked with various kitchen utensils and products for our cooking needs (e.g. aluminium foil, cling wraps, bbq tongs, condiments, strainer, baking dish etc.) The bedrooms were well equipped with wardrobes/walk-in-closets and hangers. The bathrooms were spotless with a good supply of hot water! The outdoor bbq grill works well, just needs a little cleaning. Loved the convenience of a garage to park our car, and the privacy of an entire house for us to wind down after a day of exploring the city and countryside. Accessible location of the house by car, 15-20mins from city centre and 25mins to Perth airport. Thank you for having us!

Fantastic private house with everything one can ask for in a vacation home. Host was great and bath foam that was low in supply and remedied the next day. Only thing WIFI wasn’t working well during our stay but that’s resolved easily enough. All in, a fantastic stay.

Bec’s Ocean Reef house was absolutely stunning. From relaxing to going to beach this is the most amazing Air BnB experience we have ever had - everything you needed was provided. Highly recommend this beautiful location & wonderful hosts.

Our stay at Olivia’s coastal home in Hillarys was a highlight of our Perth trip. From the moment we booked, Olivia’s warm hospitality and thoughtful communication made us feel truly cared for. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless - perfectly set up for families. We loved relaxing in the heated pool, jacuzzi, and infrared sauna after days at the beach or exploring the city. The BBQ grill was great for family dinners, and the playhouse was a magical spot for our daughter—she spent hours there and loved it so much! The quiet, well-kept neighborhood was lovely, with grocery stores close by. There was ample parking space on site for 2 large SUVs. Just a short distance to Hillarys Beach and the boat harbour with lots of restaurants, the location couldn’t be better. This home offered so much more than comfort—it gave us space to recharge and make lasting memories. Highly recommend for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We have just arrived home from Judith’s beach house. The photos do not do this place justice at all. Everything was immaculate and there was nothing we wanted for. So much bigger than it looks too. Even down to the beautiful smell, clean and bright. We enjoyed our stay so much. We will be back.

We had a lovely stay at Bron’s place! The place was spotless when we entered. Kitchen was fully equipped (really had everything we needed), and everything we saw in the photos and amenities mentioned in the listing was accurate! Nice garden and backyard area to sit in. We didnt drive but the place was close to Swanbourne & Claremont Station for the public train/ we’d uber with ease. Would love to stay at Bron’s place again if i’m back in Perth :)
