Dock is in and ready! This property is the perfect destination for a relaxing retreat or a fun packed day of water sports. Located on a quiet 80 acre spring fed lake, the options are limitless. The guest will have access to 2 fishing kayaks (the fishing is awesome here!) and 1 paddle board. Outside you will find the perfect spot to have a fire while watching the sunset hit the water/ice. After a nice day on the water the 65 inch Samsung TV and 7 speaker surround sound are ready for a movie night

Wooded back yard with dining area, seating area and hot tub with pergola. Property is located at Clarklake a public lake and access for swimming/boating can be gained at the public access a few minutes away. This location is wonderful to take walks/ biking with a 7 mile trail around the lake.

Clarklake has many things to do year round. In the warmer months enjoy boating, jet skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming at the 2 public parks and boats launches. The house is located on the 7 & 1/2 mile Spirit Trail. Enjoy this scenic trail for biking, running and walking. In the winter months you can ice fish and ice skate from either public park. 2 person kayak & paddle board which have to be transported to the launches for use and 2 bikes included with this rental.

What a beautiful cottage!!! We had such an amazing time!!! So relaxing Lake time!! Dawn was wonderful very friendly great communication!! We will definitely be back. This was the most amazing holiday weekend ever. Thank you Dawn!!

Drew's place was perfect for my kids & I while we were in Jackson for a sports tournament. The kitchen gave us room to prep and store our own foods, and everyone was able to have their own bed/space. The bathroom was huge. We loved having the hot tub to relax in after chilly days outside.

This place was great! We had a large family gathering, and there was space for everyone. The outdoor amenities kept the whole family entertained. It wasn't until the end of our trip that we realized we hadn't made it to the lake: we just had so much fun at the house. We had a couple issues during our stay, but the host was extremely responsive and resolved the issues very quickly. I would highly recommend staying here!

The Waterloo Cottage is quaint and cozy. The lake views and the shade trees are an extra bonus. The beds and linens made the stay even better. Paul and Renee are excellent hosts and were easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this cottage for a lake side stay!

We had a nice stay. The kitchen is beautiful! The living area is very spacious and relaxing. I would say it comfortably sleeps 4, and if you like sleeping on an air mattress, it sleeps 6. There is plenty of room for an air mattress.

We were in town for our son's wedding and we wanted a place that was comfortable, close to everywhere we needed to go, and where we could host small family gatherings in town for the wedding. This was the perfect place. It's a beautiful location, quiet and when the weather was nice and we had down time, we enjoyed the lake. Tyler our host was not only responsive, but proactive in reaching out to us to make sure that our stay at the Black Marlin was as comfortable as possible. He helped make our stay stress free, so we could focus on the wedding. I can't recommend this property and this host enough!
