Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Clark County

Very comfy place. So historic! Beds very comfortable. Perfect amount of breakfast items and coffee-wasn’t expecting all that! Wonderful accommodations for our family of 5. Will come again

Our family enjoyed staying at this Airbnb property very much! Maria was so helpful and wanted to make sure our stay was a 5 star experience. This home is so beautiful and very comfortable! I only wish we had more vacation time to stay longer. Before arriving at the property I asked her if she had any games? She asked me what games do you like and ordered some which were waiting at the front door on our arrival. So sweet! :) Thank you Maria! Also one day we were having issues with the internet and Maria sent someone over right away to help us with the modem and the internet worked great the remaining time. When we return the Fairborn area in the future we will definitely be booking this property again! Such a wonderful visit!! :) Thank you!

Fatemeh place is clean. It is located in nice and safe neighborhood yet close to shops. Fully recommended! Also there is overlap with the room we book. Instead of cancel, Fatemeh offering her beautiful master bedroom for our stay. I really appreciate her responsibility to avoid last minute searching on my side.

This was my first Airbnb room experience and is one of my favorite stays ever! Private stairs, super comfy bed, and great space with an amazing attached bathroom. Thank you to Nick and his daughter for their hospitality and peaceful setting!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very clean. The backyard was beautiful. We enjoyed using the fire pit and the hot tub. The bed is very comfortable. The house is cutely decorated. It had a really cool vibe. It was easy to walk to restaurants in lots of hiking nearby.

Home away from home! It was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Convenient location and seamless check-in made it a perfect choice for a comfortable family getaway.

Needed a place for one night of travel from Va. was perfect. Place was well air conditioned and the hot water worked. Everything was great. It’s attached to another home. Seems to be a duplex. Great place. Would recommend if you have family locally. Thank you Joseph for sharing your home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with no issues. The only odd thing was that the cleaner was running behind so when we arrived, we walked in to children in the living room and thought that our stay had been double booked for a moment. Turns out it was just the cleaner with her kids. We were ready to settle in so we told her to leave it as is so we could unpack. She was nearly finished so it was fine. No big deal and we had a comfortable stay. We had some questions throughout the stay and Kali was quick to get back with us. I'd stay here again.

We were in town for the WGI Championships held at UD Arena and other locations. Very close to UD and that was fantastic since we were in and out. Both my spouse and I needed to do work and the apartment was very suitable. The apartment building was quite charming despite the yard needing a but of attention - with spring rains the grass was in need of a mower : )

Urban Oasis in Troy was perfect for our girls' weekend. It was convenient to the main square and the Strawberry Festival. The house is comfortable, stylish and had everything we needed for a fun weekend.

Jerry and Robin were great hosts! The place was charming, clean, and well lit. It was well stocked with the amenities and even had an assortment of snacks available. We had access to the laundry room, which was exceedingly helpful for our trip. Additionally, the backyard smelled like rain and petrichor in the best way. An idyllic getaway in the Dayton area.

The place was great, we wanted something out of the city. This was perfect. it was clean and they had a folder of local restaurants.

Our plans may have gotten cancelled due to the weather, but Letrice’s place was a nice respite. Hot tub was lovely, and it was super sweet that she got us snacks that we liked. I would definitely stay at Letrice’s place again if we come back for the Ren Faire!

We stayed here for one night while in town for a kids dance competition, and it was perfect for our needs. The location couldn’t be better—just five minutes from the convention center and nestled on a beautiful historic street lined with charming old homes. The space itself was clean, stylish, and exactly what we were looking for. Check-in and check-out were simple, and communication with the host was easy and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young kids). The apartment had everything we needed, it's in a walkable residential neighborhood, and it has a nice playground only a block away. It's also a short walk away from the University of Dayton. Emily was extremely helpful throughout our stay and provided great recommendations. We'll definitely stay here next time that we're in town!
