Nestled in a cove on Lookout Shoals Lake, Mallard Cottage is a small bungalow raised on piers to elevate it above ground level. This provides a special view of the lake that is as beautiful in the morning as the evening. Our yard is fenced with gates as we are pet and kid friendly. The exterior was updated in the past two years and the interior has just completed a full remodel....it is very fresh, open, and welcoming. The lake side has two large glass doors that give a full view from anywhere

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Secluded home yet close to town. Nestled in a quiet cove right off the main channel on Lake Hickory. It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. The house has its own boat ramp so if you want to bring your own boat you can. If not there are places to rent them from. Hope you come and enjoy our piece of paradise.

Calm, Clean, Safe & completely remodeled 1 bed room home. King size bed. House has sleeper sofa and a small study nook. (Ideally for two). Relaxing back porch. Kitchen has an island with 2 stools all modern look. House has Wifi, Netflix, Hulu and Disney channels. This is a very small home 6ft low shower. with great quality items. Nice place to relax. The 2-1-3 house

The 2-1-3 house is a charming 1950's bungalow right in the heart of hickory, just minutes from downtown, Lenoir Rhyne college, and many other corporate offices. Coffee houses, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and dry cleaning are all within walking distance. The 215 is pet friendly, however we REQUIRE a $20 pet fee also no more than 2 pets allowed. Animals can be no larger than 40 lbs. When you book please select the amount of guest including the pet/pets as guest.
