It is forbidden to make noise or cause any discomfort to neighbors. The price of the apartment depends on the number of guests. Fixed price up to 5 guests. Important to specify the total number of guests to see the final price. The elevator goes up to the 5th floor, the terrace is on the 6th floor. IMPORTANT: TOURIST TAXES: The tourist tax of €6,25* person * night is not included in the price. It applies to those over 16 and for the first 7 nights of the stay. Starting April 1, 2026, the tourist tax will increase to €9.50 per person per night. Another increase is planned for October 1, 2026.

One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.
