Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Ciudad Universitaria, Moncloa - Aravaca

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

Pablo is a warm and kind host. We like this little apartment a lot. A small playground right outside the door. A few restaurants within walking distance, some closed on weekends though. The bedroom is a little dark but not a bad thing for summer. It’s super cool. You don’t even need AC when it’s 33c outside.

The apartment is just like the photos. Communication is very fluid, the location is quiet, and we appreciate that. The neighbors are very friendly. If you're looking for something quieter and close to everything by car, this is the ideal place. Parking is a bit tricky, and it's hard to find a spot. We enjoyed the front garden.

Loved staying at Paula's place! Very quaint and cozy and she left treats out for our travelling dog, Frankie (which he absolutely loved). She also had great recommendations for parks to take Frankie for a walk

We stayed in this apartment for 11 days and found it to be a great apartment/house. In the Tetuán neighborhood with all the amenities at hand and direct transportation to the center and points of interest in Madrid. Flora and her son are super friendly, flexible with your needs and will help you with anything you need, always with a smile and from the heart. Regarding the apartment, it is very well equipped, everything you need in the kitchen as if it were your home. A small but super functional bathroom and a pretty good shower with pressure, hot water and different water outlet modes. It has a very practical and very comfortable patio to enjoy the sun, hang clothes, eat outside ... It has a large closet and everything you need to hang clothes, iron, clean, towels and plenty of sheets... A spacious living room with different very comfortable seats. You won't be cold or hot thanks to the heating that you can manage yourself. We recommend it 100%

We were a family of 12 with children and we loved the number of rooms and bathrooms that the house has, apart from the fact that Maria was super attentive to our concerns and everything was solved very quickly.

This lovely house is very clean and gives you a comforting sense of being at home. There is plenty of space, making it ideal for a large family or group. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and it's conveniently located close to the city center and the airport. I highly recommend it. Nacho, the host, is incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Daniel was very friendly , clear in his explanations . The apartment ro is as it is I'm describing it I would only improve the quality of the pillows The rest is excellent . Daniel an excellent host

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent. We could walk from the main train station in 10 minutes and walk up into the centre easily. The flat had pretty much everything we needed and was comfortable. It was also so quiet. This was probably because it didn't have windows/a balcony which would have been nice, but it was actually still light due to the transparent front wall (not see-through!) and it was so lovely having a quiet, calm bolthole to go back to. The price was also reasonable given everywhere in Madrid seemed quite expensive. The owners were also great communicating with us. Thanks for having us 😀

The place is very functional and beautiful, you have a very beautiful view and Pilar was very helpful with all the details. We regret that the pool was not enabled, it was very hot and it looked very attractive to cool off.

Finding Carlo and Claudia's place was a Godsend. They went beyond the call of duty to help me in every way, and their beautiful apartment is perfect. We had a wonderful stay at Almudena’s Airbnb in Majadahonda while visiting our son who lives in the area. From the beginning, Almudena’s communication was excellent—friendly, prompt, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Our flight was significantly delayed, and we didn’t arrive until the early hours of the morning, but Almudena’s son was still available to meet us and check us in, which we really appreciated after a long journey. It made a big difference and set the tone for a warm and welcoming stay. The apartment itself was lovely—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It felt like a real home away from home. We also loved the location—peaceful and charming, with everything in Majadahonda just a short walk away: shops, restaurants, parks, and more. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, conveniently located near public transportation, and easy to access surrounding in madrid by car, because close to the highway. Communication regarding specific house facilities could be better. The sun curtains were stuck, and we had to open the window and pull them by hand, which was a bit dangerous from the 8th floor. Additionally, the air conditioning was off when we arrived, so the apartment was very hot. It would have been nice if the landlord had prepared a comfortable temperature in the studio beforehand.

a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at La Casita. it was lovely to just chill in the garden with my wife while the boys played in the pool or the trampoline.

Diego and Natalia are very attentive and the apartment is very well kept and you can see that it has been done with love and thinking about the comfort of the guests. Without a doubt, a very good option to stay if you stay in Madrid, since it is located away from the center, in a very quiet area.

Very nice apartment in the Fortaleza neighborhood. Good location to get to downtown Madrid. Perfect for parking the car.

This Airbnb was amazing. It was super clean, stylish, and somehow even better than the photos. Odette was an incredible host. She was very flexible with our late 2am check-in after our flight and had the place fully stocked with kitchen utensils, plus some food to get us started until we could go shopping. The location was perfect—very walkable, close to the metro, and surrounded by great restaurants and sights. After we checked in, Odette sent us a long list of recommendations, and we ended up visiting almost all of them and loved each one. She was also super responsive and kind when we accidentally got locked out, and she helped us right away. We had such a great stay and would absolutely come back.

If I go back to Madrid, I'll rent it again. Taking the subway one and a half blocks away, Albarado station, you can get to know all the places in Madrid. Thank you, especially to Tacho, who welcomed us personally, was friendly and communicative. Thank you, we'll see each other again!!!!

We had a great stay in Madrid! The apartment was super clean, really spacious and amazing views. It was very easy to walk to most attractions, especially with Madrid being quite flat we mostly walked everywhere. Taxis are easy to get on the street and are pretty inexpensive (by Australian standards) particularly as there seems to be little traffic. For really great coffee and some healthy food to offset all the delicious tapas try Geisha coffee, the market had a fantastic selection of tapas etc to see what you like; and fine dining we went to Deessa which was incredible. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!

We had a really great stay! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The location is fantastic – central and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the lock system worked perfectly. Although the street outside can get a bit lively, the bedroom in the back is quiet and made for a restful night’s sleep. Would definitely stay here again!
