This stylish place to stay is perfect for 2 or 4 people. Currently, two single beds have been added. We are 2 minutes away from the Paseo MONCLOVA Mall. There is an OXXO store, and a Laundry 2 blocks away. There is also a separate patio with a gate, spotlights, and rocking chairs to spend a night outdoors. It has hot water, hydro, minisplit, Totalplay wifi, and a basic kitchen. Blackout curtains in the room. THERE IS ANOTHER APARTMENT ON THE SAME PROPERTY FOR 6 PEOPLE. YOU CAN CHECK IT BEFORE BOOKING.

The apartment is on the second floor and is very well located as it is 1 block from the main boulevard of Monclova and has easy access to anywhere you want to go, it is very safe and there are large and small stores as well as beer stores. The place has 1 bedroom with TV, HD channels, internet and mini-split. It also has a stove, refrigerator, and a dining room with a mini-split. Features patio with grill and games for children. Whether you come for business or pleasure, it's fine

Fully equipped apartment in a residential area of Monclova, 5 minutes from the medical area. With easy access to main avenues. The neighborhood is very safe! One block away is an area for strolling, walking or jogging, a technological walkway. Ideal for people visiting Monclova for pleasure or business for short or long stays. Complete house in private area with garage: We bill

House with two bedrooms, each with a double bed and mini-split. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV. The ground floor has a split system and ceiling fans. The area where it is located is private and has an electric gate. Garage for up to two cars, it also has a backyard, living room and dining room with 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. Very close to Monclova galleries and close to convenience stores.

A nice and spacious house.

3-bedroom house, each room has air conditioning and TV with Netflix and Roku. The location is a few meters from the main avenue of the city. We offer you a safe and familiar place in a private subdivision. The house has large spaces for a comfortable stay and feeling at home.

He was a very responsive host. He worked with me on my timing of coming in and leaving. He even found my daughter's belongings after we left and notified me and arranged for me to get it. Will stay again when in the area. Really liked having a private garage for my truck.

Everything was excellent, located in a very quiet area, the apartment is as shown in the photos, close to the main roads, clean, a plus is that it has air conditioning which makes the stay very pleasant. I would definitely stay there again.

Very good experience for a week stay, a very spacious place, very quiet, clean and in contact with nature, excellent location, restaurants and supermarkets very close by.
