Vacation rentals with an EV charger in City of Parramatta Council

Peter, Cheryl’s husband, personally welcomed us at check-in and gave a quick, informative tour; such a gentleman! The apartment and the neighborhood exceeded our expectations. Everything inside - from the furniture and appliances to the bedding, pillows, and towels - was of good quality. We truly felt at home. The building and location are ideal for families. One pleasant surprise was the indoor pool and gym, which weren’t shown in the listing photos. Our kids loved swimming on a chilly, foggy day - the water was clean and warm! Despite being so close to the CBD, the neighborhood was incredibly peaceful with very little noise. A perfect stay all around!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of eateries just a short walk away and a 24-hour convenience store only 5 minutes from the building. It’s less than a 10-minute walk to Town Hall Station or the Queen Victoria Building, making it easy to access trains, buses, or even walk to popular spots like Darling Harbour. The apartment itself is well-equipped and comfortable—perfect for families. My young kids really enjoyed the space. Savannah was a very responsible and responsive host. Although there was a small mishap on our first day, she handled it quickly and professionally, and it didn’t affect our overall experience. We would happily stay here again on our next trip to Sydney!

We just stayed 5 nights with Justin and John and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice of Airbnb. It’s in a lovely street and suburb - with lots of interesting buildings. Easy access to public transport. You can see the water from the back garden. Very generous hosts who left all the essentials plus lots of treats. The studio is clean and comfortable with oodles of charm. Justin and John were very kind and helpful with suggestions, recommendations and offers of assistance. We hope to return for another holiday.

I found Thomas as I was looking for a last min accomodation because my other Airbnb canceled on me right when I arrived but when I text Thomas he was super responsive and he actually helped me to get my accommodation for me and my family. As we drove away, my husband and I both agreed it was 'just right' for us. Warm, very well equipped including condiments, herbs, salt and pepper, coffee machine, clean and comfy lounge and bed, spotless bathroom, a washing machine. There was nothing to criticise. Also, we phoned Arif shortly after our arrival for help with something and he came immediately with his little girl, and cheerfully helped us. Nice friendly feel.

The photos do not do the view justice. was so very relaxing to be on the water and just a few minutes walk to Jibbon beach.

We loved the location- a couple blocks away from Bondi Beach. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. We appreciated the ability to have a washer for our clothing. The area was nice and quiet.

Homely , quiet , well located accommodation. Good set up if you like to cook . Great laundry facilities . Great for family .

Cassandra was an amazing host and her place was beautiful. Everything was super clean and she let us check in/out flexibly. The place was very accomodating for our large group stay over the long weekend. The place was fully stocked with everything our group needed for a relaxing stay - fireplace, games, speaker, daybed and outdoor furniture. The bialetti cafeteria was a highlight!

Hilde was welcoming and extremely accommodating. She met us on arrival and helped us to get settled. We felt very welcome, and very comfortable. We requested her to accommodate more friends for lunch meetup, she responded promptly and accepted our request. She provided us extra stuff/furniture for comfortable lunch get together. House was neat and tidy with lot of furniture, Kitchen items and plenty of towels for the shower, pool and beach. We used kitchen oven, induction and other items to prepare lunch items/curries for lunch get together. This was a spectacular experience. would highly recommend to anyone that's looking for a relaxing time away from a busy lifestyle. Andrew was a great host and the apartment suited us perfectly. We were doing renovations at our house nearby and need a convenient place in our area to stay. Perfect!

I was browing the reviews and was amazed by so many good reviews for Tania. I booked Tania's place because I want to provide my parents the best accomodation experience during their trip in Sydney. Tania really made a comfortable place for my parents' stay. My parents commented: "It is very clean. Tania is kind and considerate. We get along very well. " The good review I read about Tania's place are indeed true – one of the best Airbnb hosts!

Alice's place is spacious and comfortable with secure carpark. It is also close to bus stations. Very convenient location, will reach City or Chatswood or Macquarie Center in less than 20 min by bus. I would like to stay here again when I visit Sydney next time.

This was the first of 2 stays in quick succession and the guests were happy to be checking in again! Communication was fantastic and Charmaine was super helpful. A comfortable space in a convenient location. We will definitely book again when we are in the area.

Strongly recommend for the stay in Sydney, especially if you are beach lover! Location super convenient to the congee and great amenities within short distance. Although we did not get a chance to nice Penny, from the conversation with her, I can feel she is a sincere host and help you along the way even before arrival. Her place is spotlessly clean and comfortable to stay.

This is such a absolutely beautiful condo. So close and a walk to the shopping mall, food places really close. Loved our stay here would stay again. Loved the fact that big shampoo conditioners and body wash was supplied such an amazing place
