The place is so clean, near stores when you need to buy foods. Easy access going to tagaytay proper. It is really to the events place that we need to go. Also Leo is very responsive when we need to ask something.

Place is nice! Felt like home. Check in is 100% hassle free and easy. Nice hosts and responds quick.

We booked the place very last minute and was pleasantly surprised! it's close to Enchanted Kingdom and quite close to Metro Manila as well. Ana's condo is clean and neat with basic amenities included such as towels, toiletries, water, utensils, etc. Our only bad experience, though not to Ana's fault, is that we checked in very late past 10pm which means our Grab was not able to drive past the security gate so we had to walk for 20-30 minutes to get to the condo. Again, definitely not Ana's fault. Otherwise, highly recommend the place! It's air-conditioned in the bedroom and the living room. You could potentially have 2 people sleep on the couch, it's quite large.

The host was clean, quick to respond, great design.

This was a really neat and clutter free place. The community is a newish community so obviously, you will probably see some new constructions going on in the area. We enjoyed walking to the lake, running around it and exercising. The only minor issue would be the ceiling height over bed. Be very careful as I hit my head a couple of times as I went to get into the bed. Even my wife hit her head and she is short. Even if you are aware of it...because the ceiling is 2 different heights...it can sneak up on you. Otherwise...this was a great place. They did not have a cover in the place....but after asking for one...they quickly handed me one which made the place more comfortable when sleeping. It was too cold with only a sheet and just right with the blanket. Thanks for a great stay.

My family and I had a lovely couple of nights at the home. It was up to date and modern, light and airy and well kept. Gail and Conchinita were wonderful hosts, very accommodating and friendly.

Aesthetically great, feels like home. Clean and the home furnish are of good quality. We enjoyed the heated pool and sauna. It really is a big factor that they have their own water source and dispenser. Spacious and I think an additional amenities like a billiard table would be fun to have in that kind of place. Hosts are very responsive and friendly too.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. I had a great stay at Prim Rose! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, although it was a bit difficult to get around without a car. Prim Rose was also a responsive and thoughtful host, making sure I had everything I needed. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place.

My partner and I visited his family that lives in Paliparan. Camille’s place was the best choice since it was just 10mins or so away. Her place was near to a lot of convenience stores, a proper supermarket, and food options. Communication with Camille and Faith were also great as they are responsive. There was a minor issue with the place (water leak) and they were able to address it. We had friends who visited for a few hours and I appreciate the fact that they were flexible to allow them even if it was close to midnight. Minor comment would probably be the lack of exhaust fan when cooking. Overall the place served its purpose for us and we will definitely book again when we visit the Philippines.

We've stayed at May's place countless times because her Airbnb is truly the best in Crosswinds—it always makes our Tagaytay getaway extra special. One of the things we love most is its location: just a few steps away from Dear Joe and Windmill Lausanne. The vibe is so relaxed and cozy that this has become our go-to spot whenever we're in Tagaytay.

We had such a lovely stay at Editha and Archie’s place. The space was thoughtfully and aesthetically designed — you can really see the care and intention they put into every detail. It was well-equipped, and great touches like the smart lock made things super convenient. The smart toilet was a fun bonus too! Editha and Archie were also great hosts - very warm and easy to reach whenever we had questions, which we really appreciated. While there were couple of minor things to improve and we'll just share the full details with the host so it's something they can look into. Overall, we had a great experience. Rating: Babalikan!

It was a pleasant and super comfortable stay at Jen's place especially the view from the balcony. Host was also responsive and approachable.

This place was the best. My daughter loved the pool. Cleaning materials provided. I did leave some cups in the sink I was trying to check out in time. Me being honest the building g staff suck. They are dishonest and negative. Which is unrelated to the host and his beautiful home.

The unit was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed—comfy bed, working kitchen, and that ice-cold aircon that saved me from the Manila heat. The location is great too—peaceful enough to relax, but just a few minutes away from convenience stores, restaurants, and malls. But what really stood out for me? The customer service. The host was amazing—very responsive, polite, and made everything feel so easy. From the smooth check-in instructions to the quick replies whenever I had questions, you can tell they really care about their guests All in all, this stay was just what I needed—zero hassle, all comfort. Matthew and his co-host, Marinel, are very responsive and easy to talk to. My daughter felt at home that she did not want to leave 😅 We had to extend for another day and we did not have any problems, including the parking space and the pool access. This place will now be our top choice if we want a nearby get away. Thank you very much for giving us a wonderful long weekend! 🩷
