Cozy and cute place close enough to town. More convenient if you have transportation. Fridge is thoughtfully stocked with water and coke for purchase. Theres also non alcoholic wine. Would have preferred an alcoholic option ;-)

I had a great stay at Prim Rose! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, although it was a bit difficult to get around without a car. Prim Rose was also a responsive and thoughtful host, making sure I had everything I needed. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place.

We booked this place for our helper, driver and dog to stay in for the weekend during a wedding and it was perfect. Jannette was so nice and very flexible with our check-in and check-out requests. She was also very responsive and gave clear instructions. Would recommend to anyone who needs a simple, comfortable place to stay in the Nuvali area.

The house is nice and the area is quiet. It has all the listed amenities plus other stuff to use or play with. everything is clean :) the hosts are also very friendly! good unit to book if you are looking for a house to stay with after going to the nearby amusement park or just a quiet place to relax.

We appreciated how quiet and safe the neighborhood felt. Communication with hosts was smooth, and they were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Very nice and clean place! It had all the right furniture - small sofa for lounging, small table for dining or working, comfy bed - well thought of design! Host was also quick to respond and very accommodating.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the bed & sofa were plush and good to sleep in or just lay down. In our entry there was a faint smell of fish which we didn't mind too much since there was a diffuser in the room. The A/C was great it's more than able to cool the entire room. There weren't any drinking water available in the fridge which I think could've been nice to have. The bathroom was pretty much spotless and everything was great, the water pressure felt good as well, however there weren't a lot of bath soap leftover when we arrived. Overall, great place—would definitely recommend!

Beautiful, and cozy place. Perfect placement of tv we loved it in front of the bed. Definitely worth and recommended place to stay especially if you are going to Enchanted Kingdom. 10/10

The apartment felt like a home away from home. The place has a beautiful and calming energy. The view of Tagatay is uninterrupted. It’s located a short walk from malls and supermarkets and everything you need. We would have stayed longer as we loved exploring Tagatay. Our host was very helpful and communication was prompt. Stayed at Casa Calivil for the second time around. Mikha and Jeric, the hosts who became our friends and dear financial advisors, exerted effort to surprise us with a thoughtful gift. I was with my husband and daughter. We absolutely love the ambiance of the place that’s why we came back. It truly feels like a home away from home.
