It's very near Westgate and right in front of One Trium bldg - Complimentary beverages was a thoughtful touch Cons: - Parking space is very small/tight Overall, highly recommended and would book this again if I need a place in Alabang.

Staying at Sir Kris’s place was a fantastic experience! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Sir Kris was super friendly and accommodating he made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely love to stay here again! Arleen&Anne are excellent hosts. They make you feel welcomed and take the time to meet you and explain everything in person. Their attention to detail is commendable. Their place is very clean and comfortable, and has everything you need and more. We also love that it smells so good. It is also convenient with the Venice mall within 2 minutes of walking and the Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Mall, Landers, etc. just a short Grab ride away. We recommend their place and would come back when we are in the area again.

Cris and Chemz were very helpful and awesome hosts. Every question and need for assistance that I had was addressed without me having to wait. They made our stay super convenient and easy. Plus the place was set up in a very modern way, my kids loved it!

The location is also perfect—close to the mall with a lovely view from the balcony. Claire was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I loved the welcome we had - he had a clearbook about everything in the place as well as what to expect, what do to and local recommendations. We truly felt at home. Loved our stay at this place. Good location and very spacious. Walking distance to molito and atc. Clean and has everything you need. Aircons working well. And most of all no cockroach spotted. Will stay again if given the chance. Good communication with Jaime and very flexible during check in and check out.

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

Had a great stay! The place was very clean, and I especially appreciated the fresh, fragrant scent of the bedsheets and towels. I also loved that Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video were all available and premium, which made relaxing even better. Overall, it was definitely worth it. Would stay here again!

We were a group with small children and the space worked out perfectly for us. It's a true 3-bedroom condo. The space was clean. A/C worked in all the rooms. Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive to all our needs and gave great recommendations. The property itself was in a great location. It was walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and a shopping center. Most importantly, we felt safe. Although, if you are a light sleeper, I'd suggest bringing a noise machine. Two of the rooms have windows that face the main street and the noise can be loud all hours of the night. Otherwise, this was a great property.
