Vacation rentals with a patio in Città Studi, Milan

This place was a dream-- even more beautiful than the photos! Our family loved the neighborhood and the convenient location. A perfect balance of beauty and practicality. Do not hesitate to book!

Studio clean overall; some stains in the sink and a little dust in the bathroom but we are picky. Marco and Lidia are caring hosts: cream samples, sanitary protection, Milan guide, etc. available. Both are available. It's lovely :) Accommodation a bit far from everything on foot but booked with full knowledge. In short, we recommend the accommodation!

We had a lovely stay at this apartment, just like the photos, has everything you need. The location is pretty good, public transport is accessible or you can opt for a walk to destinations that aren’t too far. A nice neighbourhood which is doesn’t have the same hustle and bustle of central Milan but still has what you need nearby (restaurants/shops). Antimo is very interactive- any queries can be solved quickly and he offers recommendations also. Overall lovely 3 night stay very much worth it!

Well appointed. Clean. Spacious. Excellent in town location. Can walk to many of the tourist sites. Close to restaurants and grocery. Metro outside front door.

We enjoyed the flat very much. It was amazingly clean and we felt secure in the location. I would recommend the location for others visiting Milan.

We stayed at Stefania's house from June 16 to 21, 2025. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and perfectly matches the description on the site. Gianluca was a very responsive co-host, we needed a second copy of the keys, and he brought them to us in a very short time. For the rest, a top location, all in all a quiet area, although very close to the center. The whole house was very clean, tidy, and comfortable, Highly recommended!!!

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment for 6 nights in Milan, would absolutely reccomend it! Neighbourhood is peaceful, easy to get to city center, apartment was very welcoming and the hosts were quite helpful.

Jacopo is a great host, super responsive and on top of everything. Home is small, but detached from the main building, which is something we were looking for. Nice neighborhood, next to One of Milan’s best parks and great access to public transportation.

We stayed at Marco's apartment for an EVJF and we were delighted: welcoming, chic and designer apartment! More than warm welcome from Marco who does everything to make us feel at our best. Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations, and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). The stay at Chiara's apartment was very good. The location is great and the apartment very cozy. Unfortunately, the neighbors had a music event and the first night was not so relaxing🥴 Otherwise, however, it is very quiet. We will definitely be back to this apartment!! It was a great place to stay. Everything was excellent. They provided many small appetizers as well. Lastly, host was super friendly and helpful.

We were very warmly welcomed by Nicola. Everything went smoothly and easily. The apartment was in great condition and the neighbors were very friendly. I would love to be a guest at Nicola's again when I'm back in Milan.

My father and O were traveling together and we rented this Airbnb to avoid the cost of two hotel rooms. I LOVED the beautiful glass room kitchen!! Was such a peaceful place to have a morning coffee. They were very accommodating about our arrival time which was extra wonderful! The furniture is a bit old and simple (folding chairs around the kitchen table, stained chair in the living room) but for the price it was an excellent option for us and we really enjoyed it! Location is wonderful tram runs regularly (though seemingly on a schedule of its own) and we could walk to duomo in 25 min. I ran In the park each morning and the water pressure is lovely. Look it’s not a hotel, it’s perfect for traveling with two people who want their own space. Only one bed would be usable for a couple honestly so 3 people in beds is realistic. Has an elevator Excellent AC Over all we loved our stay and highly recommend to anyone coming to Milan!

Very cozy and spacious space, good value for money. Alexandra is very responsive to all the questions I have. The location is convenient - though not walking distance to the more “touristy” spots - it has well connection to both the Duomo area and Navigli via tram 1 and 10 respectively. The Arco della Pace area and chinatown are all close by, offering a lot of dining options. Recommended!

Paolo’s place in Milan was in the heart of the most beautiful neighborhood in Milan. The home was absolutely charming and had everything we needed. I am scheduled to stay there again and I look forward to it. I highly recommend this lovely space. Paolo was a great host and the home is in the prefect spot for visiting Milan.

We spent 4 days in Milan, the apartment is quiet and had everything you need. The center is within walking distance, and a metro station is also about 10 minutes away. The communication with Laura and Simone was great and helpful.

Good stay right in the heart of Milan. It's in walking distance from the centralnstation, so from where you arrive if you took a bus from the airport. Tram 10 stops right in front of the door for you to go to the monumental cemetary and metro 3 (Sandrio) is only a few minutes walk away that can take you to Duomo or some of the other major tourist hotspots. The place itself is functional and has all the necessary facilities and has a small garden. Despite being in the center it is still quite private. The bed is a bit hard so if you don't like that keep this in mind.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and really cozy. It's great to have access to the balcony and elevator is also a plus. The level of communication and service is really high. Instructions are clear and transparent - both in descriptions on airbnb, in messages and in the apartment itself. It was so easy to figure out how check in and check out is done. The apartment is very clean and nice. The area is lovely and we enjoyed both the supermarket on the opposite side of the street and metro stops just around the corner. We would like to stay here again if we are going to Milan again. Top recommendations from here 🙏⭐️😍

federico's space was spacious and had everything we needed! the toilet was very nice and spacious as well. location is only a 5 minute walk from the metro and easy to find! federico was a very patient, helpful and responsive host who helped us get back an item that we left behind. highly recommended :)

If I could give the host and this place more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! The space was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped. It felt bright and welcoming, and we genuinely wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend Fabio’s place!
