It has, in addition to 5 complete bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a living room with large fireplace, a Jacuzzi area for 6 people, made of glass and easily moved and with separate bathroom, a 12-meter long swimming pool, a bar with a wood oven, bar and paellas. In addition to another kitchen a game room with pinball, ping pong, etc. Due to its high location, in August, there is always a small breeze and it is not hot. It is usually occupied on the weekends. So the details of the house are carefully attended to, both in decoration and comfort. It has no stairs, so it is also ideal for small children (for safety) as well as for people with mobility issues. It has a small children's play area, with a swing, and a slide, as well as an outdoor barbecue.

There is also a large play area and a projector to enjoy movies with family or friends.

Old-style house, ideal for resting if you're traveling or to get to know the Alcarria. Downstairs there is a bathroom, kitchen and living room, ideal for four/five people. A slightly steep staircase leads up to the upper floor, where there is another bathroom (with a whirlpool tub), a bedroom with a double bed and another with a 120 cm bed. From there you can access the attic by the wooden stairs (see photos), where there are two 90 cm beds.
