Catalan villa typical of the region, whose housing is located on the first floor and on the ground floor, its garden and garage. This living room giving direct access to the main terrace by a large glass door. There is a second terrace communicating with one of the double rooms. Very comfortable and practical villa with lots of natural light as each room has its own window. Ideal for enjoying the beautiful weather on the terraces, solarium area and outdoor dining area. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.
