Spacious, artistic, the studio has an extensive library + woodburner for cosy evenings in. *NO TV* Lovely light and spacious en suite bedrooms with beams. The property is carbon neutral - underfloor heating, hemp and lime insulate the walls. Natural clay paints give the place a homely and organic feel. We have lovingly renovated the barn from a derelict over the past 15 years and enjoy welcoming guests. Wolf Moon Yurt available for extra people.

The Wildlife Wetland Centre is nearby and we are 6 miles from a beautiful dog-friendly sandy beach. Away from hustle and bustle, this is a true get away, even though Cardigan town is only 10 minutes away. The local beaches are easily accessible also.

This beautiful Grade II listed gate house is part of the 350-acre estate of Cilwendeg, where we as owners also live. The family have been on the estate for over a 100 years, we have so carefully renovated the gate house to turn it into wonderful holiday accommodation set in a large garden with a private hot tub.
