Great view of sea and green, pleasant garden use, a large pool, gym, play area, an open kitchen in the garden with BBQ and all needed equipments.

It was one of the most beautiful homes I've ever stayed in. The house was really clean, the furniture was brand new and tastefully furnished. The pool, garden, barbecue area, every corner was enjoyable. It was also a great advantage that its location was very close to both Alaçatı and the beaches. But what made this experience so special was Mr. Evren's interest and kindness. He took care of every detail and made us feel at home. It's really lucky to come across such hosts. We would prefer it again with our eyes closed, and we sincerely recommend it to everyone.

In a great location, 3 minutes from Pırlanta beach, 5 minutes from Cesme center, Extremely clean rooms felt like I was in my own home. Mr. Müseyin and his mother were very interested. They had treats as we came, we were very happy to see you again:)

Ms. Neslihan is really friendly and a very caring lady who meets all our needs, especially the area where the house is located is very suitable for those seeking calm, quiet and peace, I would like to stay again in the future

Mrs. Berrak was a very friendly and kind host, she sincerely helped us with everything we needed, she made us feel both very peaceful and very safe. Gubiba houses are very close to everywhere, within walking distance, and allowed us to easily walk to social events and restaurants in a few minutes, and to spend time quietly resting in the house. In addition, the house was clean, tidy and organized to meet all our accommodation needs.
