Spectacular apartment, airy, clean, tidy, a wonderful balcony. Very central top location... we put the car in the garage without having to worry about taking it off for anything... because it's all close... shops, bakeries, markets, pharmacy... all on hand! Renato an amazing person, attentive, friendly always willing to help us, nice people.... The apartment is worth it in every way. Congratulations Renato for all the dedication because it transforms the rest... makes everything much more pleasant!!!

The stay was perfect, the flat is wide,well airy and bright. The well-equipped kitchen, new furniture, smelling bedding,the apartment was very clean. D.Aldaci was super attentive and affectionate with us, answered our questions quickly, if it is necessary to rent again, we will definitely look for it.

I loved the house, everything was very clean and organized. Super well-equipped house, it even an Xbox, an echo, washer and dryer... everything excellent. The host and the girl who checked in were super helpful, friendly and always responded quickly. The location of the house is excellent, quiet place, well-enclosed patio for those who go with pets, there was even a bed and toys for my dog. I intend to return to the house when I go to Tramandaí again.

Lucas was very helpful and available. We had a small problem with the grease trap and the resolution of the issue was extremely quick and efficient. Accommodation exactly as shown in the photos and the house met all our needs very well. We will certainly recommend it!!

Wonderful place, one of the best houses on the north coast of RS, all clean and organized, very welcoming to the host even offering us chekin in advance of 1 day at no extra cost but we were unable to take advantage of this gift offered... very large and friendly place, the only thing that could be added was heating in the pool, but in our stay it did not have to because it was very hot every day but for a few days here in the RS until the summer the pool heating is interesting but nothing to discredit the great house a real mansion. Great place to enjoy with friends and or with large family…

We loved staying at Sandra's house. The house is fully complete, very comfortable, clean and organized. We were delighted with the house, the location is good and it's worth the 10-minute drive to the beach. We will definitely be coming back. Sandra treated us super well, very good communication with her. They are very flexible with both check-in and check-out and that's great.

Host Jorge is very attentive and helpful. Respond quickly to questions. The house is quite spacious and served our family well. 9 adults (1 elderly) and 3 children. It has all the utensils to meet everyone's needs. The location is great. Close to the beach (5 short blocks), close to the market, butcher shop and bakery. In front of the residence there is a beautiful lake that is quite busy (people walking, fishing and drinking mate), but that does not interfere and does not disturb the people staying in the house. Internet and TV working well. The pool area is great. We used this space a little because the weather was cold (end of April) and the heating is solar and did not heat up enough. Negative points: Upon arriving at the house the floor was sticky and there was a musty smell because the house had probably been closed for quite some time. A quick clean-up was needed.

Awesome! The place is great, everything is very clean, airy, has everything in the house. The hostess, Gabriela was very attentive, polite, made our stay the best possible, Dona Rose too, thank you very much for the reception. We will definitely be coming back, I highly recommend it.
