We had a great stay at the apartment! The location is perfect – right in front of the beach, with a wonderful view of the sea. The property was very clean and well organized, exactly as in the photos of the ad. The kitchen was equipped, wi-fi working well and the beds were comfortable, ensuring good nights of sleep. The host was very attentive and quickly responded to all the messages, which made us very comfortable. We also like the extra touches like towels, linens, blankets, everything clean and smelling and a wonderful welcome candy bar. The condominium is safe and quiet, ideal for those who want to rest (in this case in the low season). We are delighted and we will definitely return!

Our stay at the house was just wonderful! From the beginning, Simoni was extremely attentive, helpful and always available to answer questions, from the time of booking until the end of the stay. The house is excellent: spacious, safe, very well equipped and strategically located, close to the sea, markets and a few minutes away from the center. It was pristinely clean, organized and with everything we needed for a comfortable and quiet stay. We greatly thank Simoni for the reception and hospitality. We'll definitely be back next time!

I had an amazing stay! From the warm welcome to the attention to detail, everything was excellent. The environment is clean, comfortable and very well maintained, providing a feeling of welcome and tranquility. The hostess is super attentive, always willing to help and ensure the experience is impeccable. In addition, the facilities are very good and well equipped, which made all the difference during my stay. Beach chairs, sun guard, electric kettle, blender, fans, hammock, barbecue. The location is also a strong point, with easy access and proximity to the sea. I highly recommend it. We plan to return.

We had a great experience at the house! Spacious, well-equipped and extremely comfortable, it was perfect to accommodate the family. The location is also excellent, with easy access to everything we needed, close to the beach and also close to the center. Communication with Mr. Luís was quick and efficient, always willing to help. Without a doubt, we will return and highly recommend!

The stay was very quiet, the street is very calm and has a good location, very close to the beach. The pool was a little blurred, but Rodrigo explained the issue of sand and wind in the city, Rodrigo is very helpful and polite, it was very good to stay there to relax, in the description it says there is barbecue, just be aware that it is those floor grills and it is small, but it worked very well for us that we were in 3 people.

The flat is super cozy and had everything we needed, I felt at home. The view is incredible! Well located in front of the sea! Cristina, our host, is a sweetheart! We were given all the instructions we needed to enjoy our holiday in Tramandaí. When we arrived, we were greeted by Roberval and wife who were also super loved and attentive with us.
