Cozy Rooftop Retreat in Coyoacan

Welcome to our lovely rooftop apartment! We are a Mexican family renting our rooftop apartment in Coyoacán. The apartment consists of an outdoor living area and a cozy fully-equipped apartment. It is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood near UNAM and downtown Coyoacán. The apartment is independent to our house, so you will access through private stairs that go directly to the rooftop. Our guests enjoy the rooftop for reading, exercising, or simply relaxing in this small city oasis.

The first floor has the main bedroom with the two single beds and a full bathroom. When you walk in and turn to the left you will encounter a very cozy living room with the dining room in the background. The kitchen is fully equipped, and all utensils needed to prepare a meal are available. The second bedroom is located in the second floor with a closet, and plenty of space with a full bathroom. Fiber optic internet is available in the house. We welcome people from all corners of the world.

El Estudio, es un hogar que incluye una cama queen size, esta completamente equipado! Cuenta con un sofa cama, un comedor para 4 personas, ya sea que lo utilicen para trabajar o comer, cuenta con su televisión propia. Es el único loft que se encuentra junto a un pequeño jardín y sus banquitas para descansar, leer o simplemente disfrutar de la naturaleza (Area común) Es un lugar cómodo, que puedes aprovechar a hacer ejercicio o nadar, disfruta de una tarde de una espectacular terraza!!!

Brand new and cozy one-bedroom apartment located walking distance to Frida Khalo's house in the traditional neighborhood of Coyoacan. The apartment overlooks a small garden on the front and a large one on the back. It is quiet, nicely decorated, bright, and has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay in CDMX. It is within a short walk to restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, plazas, museums, galleries, theaters, and more.

Pequeño loft dentro de mi casa. En el barrio de Coyoacán, cerca de la casa de Frida Kalho. Es la biblioteca y tiene todos los servicios: cocina completa, su propio baño, estar y cama matrimonial, closet y mucha luz. This small loft is inside my house, it's in the neighborhood of Coyoacán. Near Frida´s house. It´s the library, with a kitchen, full bathroom, matrimonial size bed, sitting area and closet and plenty of light.
