Hi, I'm honored that you're viewing my listing. The house is located in a residential area in Chuo-ku, Osaka. It is a single-family building with 2 floors and 3 bedrooms in a small alley. The surrounding area is quiet and relaxing. The security management is good. Transportation is convenient. The house is 650 meters away from “Tanimachi 6-chome” and “Tanimachi 9-chome” subway stations. Distance to Kintetsu Nara Line: 650m to Osaka Uehonmachi, one subway stop directly to Dotonbori, two stops directly to Shinsaibashi. The 4 lines are very convenient. This listing is a house that I renovated with my designer friend for two years. There were many twists and turns in the middle, and the style chosen is a combination of Japanese and modern, that is, to meet the needs of contemporary facilities. It also allows everyone to experience the local Japanese lifestyle. Due to Japan's land scarcity and compactness. Most single-family houses have some light blocked by neighbors. The light on the first floor is relatively weak, and the bedroom on the second floor is better. Since Japanese sliding windows don't block light, I provided everyone with blackout curtains.
