A huge window along the length of the whole apartment overlooks a beautiful private garden. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa, kitchen and bathroom. It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

At Home in Madrid VII, Trendy Neighborhood

Open tall wooden shutters and let morning light stream into a room with exposed timber framing and whitewashed brick walls reaching to high ceilings. Have breakfast in a cheerful open space at a sunny table in front of an elegant fireplace. I have several apartments in Madrid, but this is the latest one I have decorated, paying close attention to detail. I have truly tried to make it as comfortable as possible for my guests. It has lots of light and it's beautiful. If one were to read my reviews they would notice that I care a lot for my guests, I am always readily available, and I try my best to make them feel at home when they are in Madrid. You will have the whole apartment. We will be there in person to meet you, and give you the keys. After you book, I give you my number and you can text or call if needed. The apartment is in Chueca, one of the nicest and trendiest neighborhoods in Madrid. Walk to the main street, Gran Via. It's near the Prado, Puerta del Sol and Parque del Retiro. It's surrounded by wonderful places to have tapas and a glass of wine. We are about a block away from the Gran Via, you can walk everywhere, but we also have metro stations and buss stops nearby. If you are coming with a car, there is a Public Parking Garage about 2 minutes walking from the apartment.

As a solo traveler and new to Madrid, this cozy Airbnb was ideal. Clean and centrally located. It was particularly great to feel the energy of Chuecas and malasana but to walk up (lots of stairs) to a quiet peaceful apartment. Honestly I can’t think of a more ideal location. The check in process to get a key from a storage locker seemed like a pain. But it was super close to the apartment. Not a big deal.

Il soggiorno nell’appartamento di Orlando a Madrid è stato davvero fantastico! Fin dal primo contatto la comunicazione è stata chiara, rapida ed estremamente cordiale. Orlando è stato un host impeccabile: disponibile, preciso e sempre attento a ogni dettaglio. Le indicazioni per l’ingresso erano semplici da seguire e ho apprezzato molto i suoi consigli su come vivere al meglio la città. La posizione dell’appartamento è ideale: centrale, ben servita dai mezzi pubblici e situata in una zona tranquilla ma vivace, piena di ristoranti, caffè e negozietti. Madrid è stata facilmente esplorabile a piedi, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La casa era pulitissima, ordinata e molto accogliente. L’ambiente è curato con gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi davvero a casa. Dopo giornate intense in giro per la città, era un piacere tornare in un posto così rilassante. ¡Mejor realmente no es posible! El apartamento es genial y está perfectamente ubicado en el corazón de mi querida Madrid. Muy cerca de la estación de metro "Tribunal". Hay un supermercado muy grande a la vuelta de la esquina y en unos 15 minutos andando llegas a la Gran Vía. Francisco es la leche, te ayuda con todo en caso de que sea necesario. Comunicación excelente con él. !muchas gracias por todo, Francisco! ¡que te vaya bien y espero poder volver pronto! Será mi casa en Madrid siempre que esté disponible.

We were three adults staying at this apartment in Chueca for 10 days and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Madrid, yet the apartment itself is incredibly quiet and peaceful, which made for very restful nights. The flat was extremely well-prepared and had everything we needed for a comfortable extended stay. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-located and thoughtfully equipped place in the city!
