Vacation rentals in Chrousou

We had a great stay! We picked this place mostly for the 3 bedrooms (so our little kids could space out & sleep) & pool. The outdoor space was incredible - stunning pool, comfortable chairs by the pool, big outdoor table, and plenty of sun/shade. The inside was very clean. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are very small. It wasn’t a problem for us because we spent most of our time outside or traveling to beaches, but just beware if you are planning for a crib in a room. The basement room is very big, just has a pull out couch as a bed. The kitchen was small but had the basics, and no table inside. The bathrooms are tiny and water spills out of the shower some. Water pressure and hot water were great though! The location was central and easy to drive to beaches nearby (Siviri fav beach, Afytos fav village). There is a beach about 30m away, but it is rocky with no chairs. The hosts were responsive and helpful, on the property a lot. Neighbors are close but bushes create privacy. Quiet and safe area!

Great place. Amazing breakfast

Great location, 2 minutes from the center and 5 minutes from the beach. If you plan to check other beaches on Kassandra everything is pretty close by car. The house was good, everything we needed. Only thing worth noting is that the toilet is one for the whole house and you have to go through one of the bedrooms to access it.

The house was very nice. There were all the facilities mentioned on the page. The house was in low cleaning. Timitra immediately answers every question and was a very warm and kind host. She made very good suggestions. As a location, it was close to the extreme part of the Kasandra region of Halkidiki. There were great beaches within 5 minutes very close. But the paliouri was not a very developed regionally and I think it was very expensive, including the grocery stores. It was necessary to do all the shopping from the Pefkouçori region before coming here. In addition, the house was not large enough for 2 families to stay. But the gifts of Dimitra were removed from their loving approach. It was a pleasant holiday

The place was clean and has shade most of the day. It has a refrigerator , fan, and closet as shown in the photos. Overall we were very satisfied with the amenities of the campsite. In the negative I will only put the mini market - bakery that works inside the campsite. Unfortunately, basic things ( ice , tissues ) were missing, the employees were rude ( maybe they were also owners ) and overall left us with the worst impressions. Fortunately in 5 minutes by car is the village where you can shop from Lemonis' bakery morning coffee and next to it has a market where it has everything and half the prices.

The villa was only 2 years old and we were impressed by it. 3 good bedrooms of which the main suite has a balcony too. All rooms have built in closets and 2 bathrooms in total. Host was very attentive and reactive. Thank you so much for your help. We were here at the beginning of October, clearly off season and calm, the more reason to love it. The area is quiet, a dirtroad to the house, about 5min from beaches by car. Pefkochori is a nice town with amazing beaches. We loved the pool. If we have to put down some improvements I would say softer beds (they were quite hard now) and privacy to the neighbouring building with a screen or plants. Also we did not like the cats and kittens going round the house, that were fed by the neighbor. But these points are not important enough to give the villa bad critics. We would love to visit it again.

There were 5 of us and it was a peaceful place for a couple of nights. The downstairs area is a little squishy if you have the sofa bed occupied but we made it work. The surroundings are worth it - quiet and able to see the stars at night. Read the instructions carefully for location.
