Prefer short term stays of 28 days or less, but open to discussing a longer stay. The carriage house is private so that you feel separate from the main house. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the side of Eagle Ridge Mountain. You will be six kilometers from downtown Grand Forks, a short drive with lots of shopping. You can easily access to the Trans Canada Trail around the corner from the carriage house where you can hike, bike, ATV, cross-country ski; an outdoor enthusiast's dream!

From this friendly location you can access world class hiking and biking trails, Red Mountain ski resort and Redstone Golf course. The 800 sq.ft private deck provides a place to enjoy the sensational sunrises and a BBQ to prepare meals at sunset. Gourmet kitchen contains everything you need, or we are just a short 5 minute walk to town. Off street parking, separate entrance with keypad, and laundry included. Guests have access to a ski locker at Red Mountain and secure bike storage on the premises.

This is a brand new one bedroom apartment. You will feel renewed and rested in this quiet neighborhood "coach house". Come and go as you please with a completely private entrance. This Scandinavian style apartment features a beautiful 4 piece bathroom, kitchen (stove/microwave/fridge etc.), dining area, and lots of natural light. The apartment is fully air conditioned for the summer months. The space is very private and within walking distance of downtown.

Enjoy the extensive trail system at our doorstep or take a 10 minute walk to downtown Rossland. Red Mountain is a 10 minute drive. NO CLEANING FEE PETS ARE NEGOTIABLE We welcome pets most times.
