There are several nice paths to the beach, which is about 100 meters away. The home contains an entrance hall, a living room with a good kitchen, dining area, wood-burning stove and a sofa group with room for games and coziness with a good book. There are 3 bedrooms, with a double bed in each room, as well as 2 rooms with bunk beds. There is a bathroom with toilet and shower.

There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood.

Good swimming opportunities by the beach as well as great walking and biking in the area. Quiet neighborhood with only 10 minutes into the city of Haderslev with shopping and commerce. The house is built in 2016 - brand new with nice decor as seen in the pictures.
