Great place. Very clean. Very comfortable. Good for families. Excellent location.

We had a wonderful time staying with Georges, he was the best Airbnb host, very kind and welcoming and a very friendly face. The accommodation itself was in a lovely location, very peaceful and Georges made sure we had everything we needed. He helped explain how to get there, and helped us with booking taxis when needed. Everyone in the village was very welcoming as well and Georges put us in touch with several places to ensure we had a good time, including a great dinner experience. His communication was great and was always on hand if we needed anything. Georges was very generous and gave us lots of firewood so we could have a really nice fire each night. I would say that if you were to stay it's best to have your own car, or you will need to pay for taxis most of the time.

We booked Samar’s place for NYE and everything was on point! The location is great for a summer escape but still enjoyable in Winter - cozy vibes and great helpful hosts! Definitely recommended (:

That’s probably one of the best Airbnbs I’ve visited! The pleace is amazing and it’s located inside the old Deir el Qamar souk. The experience is worth the price, would definitely recommend it!

The place was optimal. We had everything we needed. We were not missing in the apartment and the hosts were very helpful. It is very well located, quiet and easy to find. We had a parking space where we could park our rental car. In the cute little garden we were able to enjoy the coffee in the sun surrounded by fruit trees and the beautiful flowers. Will come again anytime

What a gem of a place....the area, the views, the food, the hospitality. Rejuvenating is a word that comes to mind. We will always remember that connection to nature as well and the respect Karim and Wael have for the fauna and flaura.

The place is even better than in the pictures and has fabulous views. Bachar is a great host who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. He was extremely helpful, not only with the home, but also with tips and directions to nearby attractions. Would happily return.

I stayed a night with my husband at the tree house and it was the best experience we had. This place is magical! All what you need in a house is available here. One night was not enough to live the full experience so we'll definitely be back soon. The hosts were amazing and very friendly!

Wassim is a great host. The villa was sparkling clean and the views were breath taking. Wassim also was a life savior as a result of gas stations going on strike we ran out of gas and when we asked if he can help he did not hesitate to help us and brought us a gallon of gas so we can make it to the gas station the next day. I highly recommend Wassim's place. Great host and the place is beautiful you will not regret it. I will definitely stay again in the Olive Castle!

This is a great place to stay if you want to get the “true” Lebanese experience. I came here for a couple nights with some friends from abroad who had never been to Lebanon before and it was an awesome experience for them. The host Saad, is awesome and couldn’t be more helpful. He is very responsive, knowledgeable, and has plenty of recommendations. High recommend staying here
