we are a mature couple renting out a single bedroom. We have a small Yorkshire terrier who loves people, breakfast is offered, labneh, olives, tomotoe, cucumber, boiled/fried eggs, arabic bread/ toast and all the coffee/tea you can drink. We are 10 mins. to the sea Cornish and 10 mn to the center, 20 m to the famous mar-mkhayel and gemayze nightlife street and next to pubs, restaurants, Universities, supermarkets and hospitals. Plus my mom is an amazing, passionate cook and produces mouneh as well so it is an opportunity to try her products. Our house is located in the scenic West Bekaa district which is perfect for nature lovers and for hikers. It is 5 min by car to Chateau Kefraya, 10 min to Ammik, 15 min to Qaroun lake, 30 min to Taaneyel, 40 min to Chateau Ksara or Zahle

From the moment we entered the staff were very nice, guided us to the room and were proactively helpful if anything is required. The nature around is peaceful and very green which was much needed for an escape from the city. Was such a nice experience!

This accommodation is just perfect! Samer is a really good host and gave us plenty of tips after our arrival. Also the communication before the arrival was super smooth. The room was super clean and we loved the style of the apartment. We were served an amazing breakfast every morning, the food changed daily and was of very good quality. The neighbourhood is hip and trendy with plenty of options for drinks and dinner. We would definitely recommend to stay at Samer's place and hope to come back one day! :-)

Beautiful place, location cannot be beat. Comfortable space, as well. Delicious breakfast spread included, which we enjoyed outdoors under the trees overlooking the mountains.

A twin room is furnished with two wooden beds, each adorned with bright orange and pink cushions. A side table displays a small lamp and a decorative item. Light permeates through a tall, sheer curtain that hangs above a soft, neutral-toned rug.

What a beautifully appointed and lush with greens home! And it feels like home or staying with close friends or family even! Samer, his helper, and kids are lovely! So helpful, insightful and gracious hosts. The fresh and homemade breakfast is AMAZING every morning! My friend and I stayed in the twin room with our own bathroom and it was very sizable bedroom and comfy, set back in the flat so felt private. I can’t say enough positive things about our stay due to choosing Baffa House and Lebanon was amazing overall. Great location, Mar Mikhael bars/restaurants in walking distance. Make sure you book a day trip via Samer with Rita, we had a magical day visiting Sidon, Bettedine, and Barouk Cedars with her! Will definitely recommend Baffa house to all my friends/family and stay there again if I venture to Beirut again.

I had a delightful stay at Beit al Qamar in the scenic Chouf area of south-central Lebanon !!! The hotel is a perfect country home, so peaceful a d surrounded by nature !! Iwill definitely be back on my next trip to Lebanon !!

One of the most authentic cozy and clean stays in the heart of Deir el Qamar. You feel like you stepped into your grandma’s home. Most hospitable and friendly staff, comfortable stay with double duvet beds. You can block out the sun completely with the blinds. Beautiful views. Stunning decoration. And you must stay for incredible buffet lunch the next day, the food variety and tradition unheard of! Excellent value for money! We will be back!

Baffa House was the perfect place to stay in Beirut. It was in walking distance of many shops and restaurants and when we wanted to go further afield, we took Uber. The blue room was beautiful, as was the entire home. The breakfast was different every day and included many local tastes. Samer was the best host - all his recommendations were great and he helped us arrange a trip outside Beirut with a great guide/driver. We would highly recommend this place and Airbnb made payment easy for us. We also loved Makan, the restaurant in the ground floor of the building. Thanks, Samer !
