August 15, 2025: We have renewed the furniture and reopened. The air conditioner that broke down in ☆2024 has been replaced with a new one. A child who entered in June ☆2025 had repellent after extermination and did not occur. House built as the home of an architect Ichinomiya Beach is about a 7-8 minute walk. Recommended for surfing, swimming, golf, and relaxing. It is open and almost full of windows.Inside, there are 2 bedrooms, a study, a living room, and a large kitchen.The bathroom can be entered directly from the outside after playing in the sea. Air conditioners in all rooms including washrooms.Floor heating in the kitchen, washroom and living room.You can have a comfortable stay regardless of the season. * Since it is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, we do not allow parties, barbecues, or fireworks. * Please note that the window on the south side is close to the neighbors, so you can use it tightly.Northeast is open. The maximum number of guests is strictly enforced.Elementary school students and under will be one adult in two.
