Comfortable, bright apartments for 2 people. Spacious kitchen - studio with en-suite bathroom and beautiful patio. 15 min drive to the nearest beach, opposite the house there is a public transport stop. There are shops, cafes nearby. The fitness club is directly in front of the house. The apartment has everything for a comfortable holiday : wifi, TV, clean linen, towels, hairdryer, kitchen utensils, grill in the yard and swing. Convenient transport interchange. 5 minutes drive to Arcadia district, which contains nightlife, restaurants, shops, beaches, Hawaii water park. Easy access to the historic city center or train station. Near the house there are grocery stores and a mini-bazaar, you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

The apartment is just perfect. Convenient layout, quality furniture, a nice house with a closed area. Nearby is the Compote cafe, where it is delicious and inexpensive. The beach is a 15 minute walk away. A few steps away there is a supermarket with everything you need, a pharmacy, a Nova Poshta parcel locker in the yard, 7 minutes by taxi to the center. Inside, the apartment is perfectly clean, tidy, very cozy. There is everything you need - towels, bed linen, soap, any utensils, coffee maker and coffee capsules, tea. Many thoughtful little things that made our stay as comfortable as possible.

I liked everything, the location is perfect, close to the sea, everything is nearby, private territory of a closed type. It was important to be able to rest with the dog, and here you can. All amenities are available, everything necessary for a stay is also available.

Conveniently located near the main train/bus station and walking distance to anywhere in the city centre. The apartment is very comfortable, fast internet, good sized kitchen, in a quiet building. I stayed for one week and I really enjoyed my time here. Lena's husband helped me with the check-in. I needed a quiet place to work online and this was perfect.

The city center is about 10 minutes away in a calm step. The hostess is very friendly and responsive. There is only a pleasant impression of your stay.

Really nice and cosy stay at Olga's beautiful house. Very responsive and attentive host. A true datcha with a lot of character and thoughtful details. Very quiet residential rustic location. Our favorite was a terrace which is nice and sunny in the morning and a perfect refreshing shelter in the afternoon when the heat is high. Super comfy beds and we slept really well every night. A wild beach is 12-15 min walk with kids, through a picturesque beachside hills covered with a gorgeous smell of wild Summer flowers and herbs. There is a shop within 5 min walk with all essentilals. Chernomorsk with busier life is 5-10 min drive. A sunrise over the sea is very special to watch! All highly recommended! Would certainly be happy to come back!

Great flat in a nice area! Wonderful value for money. Very close to the beach. The view from the balcony is just a look, I was very pleased with a small table there at which it is pleasant to have breakfast and enjoy the landscape! The hostess is friendly and quick to respond. Nice to do business! Of the disadvantages, only WiFi, which in some places in the apartment does not catch well, but it is a sin to complain. We would love to come again.
