Welcome to Studio Chez Mary and the region of 300 days of sunshine per year! This small, light-filled, comfortable studio (22. 4m2) is located on the ground floor of a house which was once a sheep farm. Situated in a small hamlet, 4kms from the thriving market town of Chorges, this is the perfect base for your holiday - be it walking, hiking, climbing, skiing, rafting, swimming & water sports in the lake in summer months, visiting local villages...... there really is something for everyone!

Single accommodation consisting of a bedroom (a double bed 140 x 190 cm and a single bed 90 x 190 cm) with a 3-drawer dresser, a bathroom with toilet and shower stall, and an equipped kitchen (combination oven/microwave, induction cooktop, hood, coffee maker, dishes). Living area (with 140 x 190 cm sofa bed) giving access to the outside (relaxation area with two sun loungers). In the small village of Prunières (05230), between the Réallon ski resort and the shores of Lake Serre-Ponçon, we welcome you to a charming, completely renovated gîte, with stunning views of the lake, in a typical house of the region. In winter, you can be on the slopes of Réallon in 15 minutes or Les Orres 1800 in 45 minutes. In summer, St-Michel Bay, its beach and water sports are just 5 minutes away. All local shops are also 5 minutes away in Chorges.

Perched on the heights of the village of La Bâtie-Neuve, CHALET L'ECUREUIL welcomes you to its cabin on stilts, a truly cozy nest on the edge of the forest, at the very back of the property, behind the main chalet occupied by the owners. You can access it via a charming 50-meter footpath and enjoy a magnificent view of the valley. Its 19 m² covered outdoor terrace has a fully private HOT TUB. Adults only. Infants and children are not allowed.

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

The apartment has a living room with relaxation area (TV, single sofa bed 80 cm), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and shower, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 cm, 2 beds 1 person) and a terrace.

Great choice of hiking and bike tours, various water sports, swimming at Lake Serre-Ponçon and high-altitude lakes.
