The host met me personally and showed me to my villa. She was very kind and proactive on property. She recommended some good places to eat. This part of my visit (on Ios) I really just wanted a quiet place, close to the beach. It's a short 8-10 minute walk. I had a view of the sea which is always nice. Overall, I had a great stay here, and would definitely recommend this accomodation. If I make it back to IOS, I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for making my stay great!

Very nice place, secluded with great views. The decor is simple and high quality. We enjoyed the welcome from Gail who is very thoughtful, responsive and friendly. Access to the house is via a dirt and pebble road but it remains passable even without a 4x4! Thank you for these few days in this beautiful place!

Magical stay at Georgios's, in a beautiful house with stunning views of the great blue. We hope to be back! Georgios is a delicious host, who welcomed us very kindly, with a fridge filled with water bottles and refreshments. We always had help if needed, answers to our questions. Communication was easy because Georgios lived in a house above, without the proximity being a problem. Iro, her daughter, was very welcoming with my daughter of the same age. I was very hot one night, because the bedrooms do not have air conditioning but only a fan. However, we liked it because this solution is more eco-friendly. This home is a gem. We had the best stay here, the memory of which will last for a very long time. The location is perfect, the small private beach suited our family needs 100% and the easy access to the chora and port made it a fun stay for all. There are quite a few steps to get to the house, so only for those without mobility issues. But if the whole family is mobile, this is the place to be. We are very thankful for our stay and how well we were accommodated considering the size of our group. The style of the house and the art made it even more memorable. This is a home to return to!

Marousa and family were so welcoming and hospitable! Very friendly and helpful the whole time. They have breakfast and snacks available which was awesome in the morning. We were even pick up and dropped off at the port when arriving/departing making things super easy. We were able to leave luggage at the Airbnb until we departed as well. 10/10 would stay here again. Both Debora and Peter were absolutely incredible hosts. We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our time in Ios, for my brother’s wedding. The location was ideal, with the most breathtaking views, the rooms were perfect, comfortable and so clean, such a lovely touch having the cleaner refresh the room each day. The photos quite honestly do not do the venue justice. We were absolutely blown away on arrival, and each day we had pinch me moments, when relaxing by the pool. Both Debora and Peter went above and beyond during our stay. Providing an iron when needed, but arranging at a moments notice for all our family to book into the bar the evening before my brother wedding, allowing all the family to see each other before the big day. We really cannot recommend this place enough, and we already want to plan our next visit. Thank you both again. Jess, Jack and Laura.

Sea and Sun 1 is a beautiful house near Milotopos. We had a party of 3 staying as well as working during our visit and the house was the perfect size for us to separate out when we needed privacy. The wifi worked well in most areas of the house and Maria even supplied us with a backup, if needed. The views and sunsets are unbeatable but you do need to have a car/ATV to get up the unpaved road (as mentioned in the listing). One thing to note: the bathroom in the master bedroom is quite small but the main bathroom makes up for it. Maria was very responsive and helpful with recommendations around the island. We would stay here again for future visits to Ios.

My girlfriend and I stayed for a few days and were blown away. Definitely beyond expectations and very romantic. Hugh was a great host and extremely accommodating, the apartment was spotless , and the views are to die for.

Perfect place to stay in IOS!

Hugh’s place was my favorite in all of Greece. The personal pool overlooking the beach was my favorite part of this place. My wife and I booked for our honeymoon and had the best experience. Hugh is an amazing host and was so helpful with everything to know about IOS and to make it a great trip. Thank you again!

This charming traditional house is a little gem. The decor is simple but there is everything you need and the atmosphere is very special. We immediately felt at home! The terrace overlooking the harbor is wonderful any time of day, the golden sandy beach is below the house and around the corner there is a fantastic cove for snorkeling with flat rocks and a ladder for easy access. Here everything is within walking distance: a small supermarket, a beach bar with great cold espresso coffee and a couple of taverns. To reach the Chora and admire the sunset there is a very convenient bus service. We recommend the boat ride with 'Nemo' that starts from the pier in front of the house and the Soulatzo bar in Chora for unforgettable aperitifs. Eva was very kind and always available.

We absolutely loved our stay! A beautiful and charming house. Clean, tidy and spacious with a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and very comfortable bed! The hosts are great! Very generous and kind. Me and my boyfriend had a very romantic couple of days here and would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Kostas is a fantastic host- he really went out of his way to be helpful! His place is an aerie on top of the mountain- from the various decks you can see the ocean on either side of the island. Phenomenal! House is big and has everything you need to cook. Sikinos is a gorgeous island with jaw dropping trails to hike on. We recommend!

These two felt like I was back home, with the help they provided me throughout my stay in ios! The room was nicely sized and very clean throughout the whole trip, location was spectacular. Will 100% be coming back to ios and staying with them again.

The stay here was unique and unforgettable. Panagiotis and his wife are the best hosts you could wish for; they are attentive, always available, and make you feel like at home. The apartment is perfect, taken care of in every little detail, and super clean. The location of the accommodation is breathtaking, from the private terrace available to guests you can have a full view of all the islands around Iraklia, and you enjoy an incomparable silence and tranquility. In 15/20 minutes by foot, you reach the town and the most beautiful beach on the island.

Sikinos is a beautiful island and the apartment is within walking distance of Alopronia beach. It is very spacious and complete with everything a family can need. Special thanks to Kalliopi, two of us had a health issue, and he let us deliver the necessary medicine directly to our home! We would have loved to stop for extra days, but we will definitely be back!
