We have many guests from the LGBT community.Room 4 is situated on the 2nd floor. We have 3 more rooms with 2 double beds/ 4 persons each. We accept pets and have free parking. Both Jomtien or Pattaya Beach/Walking Street are just 1.8 km away. We try to help guests new to Pattaya find their way around.

We had to wait 12 hours, the main criteria was the price. I wouldn't stay for a long time. The host is very kind.

The room was spacious, with a large balcony and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The hostess was very helpful and asked every day if we wanted our room cleaned. :) The air conditioner was very quiet, did not disturb sleep. The ground floor bar is not open. It was also unclear why the garbage was not cleaned in front of the house. Also, the area around the outdoor shower was not well maintained and was dusty.

Ning's place is good and clean. She's very accommodating. They will change your towels everyday. Plus, she give free water everyday.

Amazing pool & walking distance to beach

Vinit was and is a great host. My bags were lost by the airline and he liaised with the courier and got them delivered to the apartment which was a load off my mind. Couple of other small issues (things happen) and he got them sorted instantly. The apartment was very nice, location was good and just 5 mins on a Baht bus to central Jomtien or 15/20 mins to Pattaya or a motorbike taxi would get you there even quicker. Excellent secure internet unique to apartment, none of that useless shared building wifi.
