Enjoy your stay in our newly renovated, modern and cozy 45m2 apartment. It's a very good choice if you want to have easy access both to the heart of Athens and the National Athens Airport. Katehaki metro station (blue line->10stops from Airport) is 5min walk from the house. Bus station is two minutes on foot. A taxi stand is 2min away. (!!!!) Supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries and fast-food stores are in a walking distance, too(!!!!). NO COOKING OIL INCLUDED!

Το διαμέρισμα είναι 22τ.μ. και βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη περιοχή του Ν. Ψυχικού, στον 7ο όροφο χωρίς να συνορεύει με άλλο (οροφοδιαμέρισμα). Διαθέτει μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα την Αθήνα. Σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια βρίσκεται ο σταθμός του Μετρό "Κατεχάκη". Ακριβώς δίπλα βρίσκεται μεγάλο πάρκο, που περιλαμβάνει σύγχρονη παιδική χαρά. In 1960, before our house was built in Sophokleous, Grandpa Giannis planted citrus trees in the garden. Oranges, tangerines and lemons filled our fruit baskets, strengthening our winters and cooling our summers. Under these trees, there were feasts, children played while butterflies sucked flower juices. We welcome our guests to this paradise full of aromas and juices.
