5. A cosy studio near the center

Comfortable studio with everything needed to live, rest or work. Studio is situated near the city center, only 15 minutes walking distance to the main center of Yerevan. 3rd floor of the house, with a terrace and wonderful view to the city. Though it’s central place, you can enjoy your time in the green garden and smell fresh air, because the house is situated in the middle of many gardens. We planned the studio and equipped it with everything guests might need.

A wooden table is set outdoors, adorned with an array of colorful fruits and pastries. A small vase with flowers sits at the center. Individual plates and cups are arranged for tea, enhancing the inviting spread under green surroundings.

Karine’s whole family could not have been more hospitable and warm during my stay! I was only in Yeghegnadzor for a brief stay, but I was welcomed very warmly and even offered to join for dinner—an exceptionally welcome gesture. This spot is peaceful, beautifully scenic, and home to some of the kindest hosts I’ve had the privilege to stay with, and I’d highly recommend their home!

I was greeted with great wine and a cuddly kitten! The room is perfect, clean and with a beautiful view of the garden. I recommend anyone to consider this accommodation in beautiful Areni!

Lovely apartment in Yerevan. It was clean, modern and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and reliable Wi-Fi. The location was a bit further out than I expected, but still manageable with public transport or a short drive. The host was responsive and check-in was smooth. Overall, a great stay and I’d stay again.

Overall good place to stay. Small but cute studio with a basic kitchen, spacious clean bathroom and very comfortable bed. Placed in a village, but there is always a store nearby, taxis etc. Garden is gorgeous. Keep in mind that this is also restaurant, so there could be people around, you could also order meals, it's tasty and Anna is super friendly. We hope to see you soon.

I had a wonderful experience at this cozy Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, my host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I got there around 9:30 AM, well before the 3 PM check-in time, but my host graciously allowed me to check in early. The space was immaculate and had everything I needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, making meal prep easy and convenient. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the clean bathroom and shower were a definite plus. Additionally, the location is fantastic—just a short walk from a big shopping center where you can find everything you need. Overall, I had a smooth and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Yerevan!
