Beachfront vacation rentals in Chiriquí Province

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Show Pony Beach Resort und haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Alles ist liebevoll dekoriert und eingerichtet. Den Strand und das Meer erreicht man über einen kleinen Weg der von Palmen gesäumt ist. Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und das Personal super freundlich! Abends gab es einen leckeren Cocktail 🍹

We had an absolutely amazing time staying here! The place is stunning—beautifully maintained, peaceful, and just steps from a quiet, safe beach. Channing is an exceptional host. From the moment I booked, he went above and beyond, providing tips for crossing the Costa Rica-Panama border and even arranging a shuttle transfer for us. He made sure we had everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms, making our stay incredibly comfortable. We initially booked for two nights but loved it so much that we extended our stay to four nights. The well-behaved furry friends 🐶 added to the charm of the place—they’re adorable! All I can say is: WOW! This was an unforgettable experience, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Pure paradise. So very private and so peaceful. We lived it. Wish we could have stayed longer. Flippe is super responsive and always texts back immediately. Nico was there for whatever we needed. I’ve never been treated so well and with such respect. I highly recommend this casa. Absolutely perfect. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much for everything. We avsylived it.

La habitación y su baño son bastantes amplios y los encontramos muy limpios. El hotel está en primera fila frente a la playa y además cuenta con una linda piscina y zona verde. Muy útil y grande la cocina. El hotel es un poco retirado de la zona comercial pero se agradece mucho la tranquilidad. Me volvería a quedar ahí! Lo recomiendo!

Nos gustó tanto que esta fue nuestra segunda noche. Repito la reseña anterior Una experiencia espectacular de principio a fin. El establecimiento superó nuestras expectativas: todo estaba impecable, bien equipado y muy cómodo. El entorno es hermoso y tranquilo, ideal para descansar y disfrutar en familia. Tanto los adultos como los niños disfrutamos muchísimo de las zonas comunes, especialmente la terraza y la piscina, que fueron nuestros rincones favoritos. La atención y el servicio fueron excelentes, siempre atentos y amables. Sin duda, un lugar al que nos encantaría volver. ¡Gracias por todo!

Wir hatten 2 sehr angenehme Tage in der Unterkunft. Simon hat uns vor Ort alle Informationen gegeben, die wir brauchten und Haus und Poolareal hatten einen gepflegten Zustand. Der einsame Strand ist wirklich schön und sehr privat

Pam and Tom are great hosts. They are super friendly and easy to talk to. They shared all their beatiful outdoor space with us. The beach is absolutely amazing and there is almost no one on it. The water is unbelievably warm. It's like a hot tub turned on low. Such an amazing place! Thank you Pam and Tom for sharing it with us! I can't wait to come back!

Que dire… mais surtout, par où commencer ? Si je devais faire une critique, ce serait que les photos ne rendent pas justice à la beauté des lieux. Ce que l’on voit à l’œil nu dépasse largement ce que l’on peut capturer : l’endroit est splendide, paisible, calme… juste “Wouha” ! Ps: allez jeter un œil à leur compte ig: vous en prendrez plein les yeux. Nous avons été accueillis par Simon, qui nous a réservé un accueil des plus chaleureux. Il a été aux petits soins durant tout le séjour, toujours de bons conseils, souriant, attentionné et de très bonne humeur. On s’est senti comme chez nous dès les premières minutes. Les lieux sont parfaitement entretenus: literie de qualité, climatisation dans chaque chambre, terrasse ou balcon, grands espaces, tout y est pensé pour le confort. La vue est tout simplement incroyable. La piscine est propre, entretenue chaque jour par Simon, et l’extérieur est à couper le souffle avec l’océan en toile de fond. Merci pour cette belle expérience ❤️

We couldn’t expect a better hospitality!! Thx to Shanning and crew:) We got more than we needed. We spent 4 days and everything was at the rendez-vous. Even the monkeys went visit us 🐒 Super comfy room, beautiful and huge sharing spaces. Kitchen, terrace, pool, bar, hammock… with ocean view, right on the beach!! Ask to visit the Rama project of reforestation. They work hard to maintain the habitat of thousands of wild species. We can never thank them enough 🙏🏽🌿

Alles bestens. Eine schöne Strandvilla mit Pool. Toller Blick, eine Minute Fußweg ins Meer. Die Anreise kann aufgrund der Straßen etwas beschwerlich sein

Maryuri's place was great! It took a little bit to get to the place but it was secluded and very peaceful. We only stayed one night on our way through but if you are looking for a nice quiet place right on the beach, this is it. It's not really walkable to restaurants but there are a few grocery stores on the way in. So, grab some supplies and the kitchen has everything you would need. The room was very clean and we were able to get in with ease. Maryuri was very responsive while we had some questions upon arriving. She was very helpful with recommendations on places to eat out. Highly recommend for those looking for some beach seclusion.

Es un lugar muy familiar y esta equipado con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Es un lugar con acceso directo a la playa y tiene una piscina muy cómoda.

He repetido por segunda vez este año. Y Maryuri es una anfitriona top. Volveré.

Un buen hogar para vivir si estás pensando en ir a esa zona de Panamá, como punto positivo, Yipsy es una excelente host, con fácil comunicación y cuidado, como punto negativo, la calor que es excesiva en los meses de Enero a Marzo y las hormigas que hay bastantes. Pero si quieres una casa de las mejores de la zona, no dudes en contactar con Yipsy

The pictures on this listing do not do the unit justice, it is spectacular and the ocean views are amazing. The house is fully kitted with everything you could need. We spent our days in the sea and reading. What a wonderful relaxing place. Perfect for a family holiday. We had a great time.

Wonderful stay in a private retreat. The sunsets from the patio are beautiful. The listing is just as described. Two words of caution, for those with unsure footing, the water in the shower can leak on the floor a bit. Nothing serious but worth noting if you lose your balance easily. And secondly, remember, you are in the tropics, there are going to be bugs around. Keep the house tidy during your stay and you’ll see far less of them. Highly recommended stay!

I highly recommend Edward’s condo! This was our second extended stay here, and my girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Playa Barqueta. Edward is incredibly friendly and always quick to respond whenever we needed assistance. The exceptional hospitality we received from him truly made our stay unforgettable. For us, this place was perfect. It’s conveniently close to David City, yet still offers a peaceful and private atmosphere. The community is small, there are no beach vendors, and there’s a resort along with three local restaurants just a short distance away. The beachfront apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for a long and comfortable stay. The balcony offers stunning sunset views, where I was lucky enough to spot whales and dolphins a few times, as well as witness daily turtle releases. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent place to drain away your stress. Breathtaking views, pristine pool, safe apartment building and extremely friendly staff. No shopping malls, no clubs, just relaxing atmosphere. Three restaurants on the main beach open 11:30-18:30 and serve basic yet tasty food. Ocean is warm, safe to walk all hours of the day or night and the pool is wonderful. Loved the public spaces offered by the apartment complex. This is a place to unwind and relax. Bring all your groceries and drinking water, the shops are 20-30 min away. But I loved it. Buses run regularly to David, so you are not stranded. Las Olas resort walking distance with a nice restaurant as well. I loved everything. My dog loved it and there were trash cans everywhere for my poop bags. Loved the showers to clean up after a swim in the ocean or before getting into the pool. Having toilets next to the pool was appreciated.

Maria es una increíble host al igual que su casa. Fue una super experiencia!. La casa estaba completamente equipada para todas las necesidades desde cocina a baño. Ubicado en un lugar super tranquilo y privado de Playa La Barqueta con vistas hermosas. Muchísimas gracias Maria por estar siempre al pendiente y darnos una experiencia divinaa!
