Vacation rentals in Chipude

I should have stayed longer! I'm writing this from a souless flat in Valle Gran Rey, with the aircon blasting away. No need of aircon up in Chipude - it's available, but the house stayed naturally cool. Open the windows and you can see across to La Palma; close the shutters and it's good and dark (great for that post-walk afternoon nap 😁). You can walk from the door, there are signed routes in all directions. Best to park opposite the bar/shop and walk down the steep slope. Or there's a bus stop one minute from the front door. The house has tonnes of character, plus very modern kitchen appliances. There's plenty of pots, pans, and plates etc. if you're self-catering. The shower isn't the greatest, and the spiral stairs could be a challenge if you travel with a heavy suitcase, but these are only minor downsides. If you're all about peace & quiet, great scenery, and staying somewhere with a soul, this is the place for you.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in Killian Wohnung gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Schnelles Internet und die tolle Aussicht aufs Meer und die Berge sind besonders hervorzuheben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel chez Jonathan ! Los Cerrajones est une maison est extrêmement agréable, parfaitement propre et équipée, à l'intérieur (mention spéciale pour le grand confort de la literie) comme à l'extérieur, avec un patio parfait pour prendre ses repas, un énorme jardin qui donne sur la mer, pas de voisins immédiats, un environnement extraordinaire et le calme absolu à quelques minutes de marche seulement du très tranquille et superbe village d'Agulo. Point de départ idéal pour arpenter la très belle île de La Gomera. La vue, même depuis l'intérieur de la maison, est tout simplement époustouflante, encore plus belle que sur les photos. Jonathan est un hôte très agréable et attentionné, il n'a pas hésité à venir nous accueillir de nuit pour nous accompagner au cottage. Nous avons passé 5 nuits sur place et quitter cet endroit magique a été vraiment très compliqué... Merci encore pour tout, Jonathan, nous reviendrons dès que possible ! Nathalie & Sylvain

Very friendly, beautiful and quiet. For me it was perfect to rent an ebike, so that it was accessible. I enjoyed the calm there. Perfect conditions if you come here to rest and withdraw you from Valle and still have it very accessible.

Wonderful if you like the quiet! Its a very comfy place in the middle of a sweet valley. The place was clean, in the kitchen you find all you need and in addition coffee, sugar and salt. We would recommend to bring a soap to wash your hands in the bathroom - this was missing. And the place is a bit smaller than it seems on the pictures. But it has all you need: comfy bed, heater, sofa and kitchen supplies! We recommend to cook, there are no restaurants reachable by foot - but this is what we liked: the quiet. It was very clean and the area around the house with cute plants and fruit trees. And: Very cute neighbors, who gifted us oranges 🍊 And the host always replied fast and nice! ALL IN ALL: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 🧘‍♀️

Positives : great location, ample space for large groups , pool, kind and responsive caretakers . Negatives : Make sure you have a car as the place is isolated and away from restaurants and grocery stores. The care takers kindly arranged a car for us but it was manual ( automatics are rare in La Gomera ). Book your car rentals way in advance and make sure you drive manual cars .

Die Wohnung hat uns absolut begeistert!Besonders hervorzuheben sind die gemütliche Dachterasse und der kuschelige Balkon mit Meer- und Bergblick. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Philipp war absolut hervorragend – schnell, freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Alle Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet, und der gesamte Ablauf verlief reibungslos. Kurz gesagt: ein echtes Highlight 🤗

Wir haben in der Unterkunft von Elsa 6 wunderbare Nächte verbracht. Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich und wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber, entsprach den Bildern und es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Der Garten ist sehr schön und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Sonnenuntergänge waren spektakulär! Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!
