Conveniently located just off Highway 29, near Highways 178, 53, 94 and near Chippewa Falls, Eau Claire, shopping, dining, fishing, boating, swimming and so much more! This is a 1955 Classic, not new, not perfect. Although the space has had some upgrades and will get more, the original charm will stay.

When I got boxed out of a room at a local resort where our family reunion was held, I turned to AirbnB and found Jayde’s house. What an unforgettable place to stay! The house was very clean and well maintained. I enjoyed all of the antiques and vintage decor, but I really loved how generously the host family was in sharing their family history via photos and journals. I enjoyed a sunrise walk down to the water with my cousin Eric (he’s done work with the family and knows his way around) and we saw horses, cows, sandhill cranes, garter snakes, frogs, goldfinches, barn cats, and on and on. Just a truly serene way to end my trip. Thank you for sharing your home! Can’t wait to come back with my children—truly a natural paradise for kids and kids-at-heart.

Downtown Chippewa is a short drive or bike ride away where there are plenty of cute shops and spots for food. The house was clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you need a place in the area, look no further.

Katie's place was absolutely fantastic for our large group, including kids! Everything was super clean, there was plenty of space for everyone, and check-in was a breeze! The lake views were beautiful, and we all enjoyed our stay. We really appreciated the extra kid amenities, such as a high chair, play area, and baby life vests. We would book this place again!

The cabin is nestled among trees and features a spacious wooden deck at the front. Large windows provide views of the surrounding nature, while a stone path leads to a gravel area with seating. Two lounge chairs are positioned nearby on the lawn.

We had a wonderful family weekend by the lake. Many fun places to eat nearby, beautiful lake, fishing, bonfires, games. Plenty of space for the six of us. Great communication and easy going. We loved our stay!!
