Cómodo departamento en el piso 7 con espectacular vista al mar, hermosa playa, totalmente amoblado. Contamos con 3 dormitorios, 2 baños completos con agua caliente, aire acondicionado, comedor, sala con sofá y Tv, wifi, refrigeradora, cocina completa, ventilador, balcón con bonita vista al mar, 2 piscinas para niños, 1 piscina para adultos. Estamos en el sector de la Milina. El condominio se llama Torre Oceánica y estamos a 1 cuadra de la Hostería el Faro y 4 cuadras del Supermaxi.

5 rooms beach front confortable department, with nice decor and everything you need to rest and enjoy a great beach vacation. Located at Chichipe closed to many restaurants and to the Yacht Club of Salinas. Chichipe is a very nice beach, suitable for little children and with many nautical attractions. The naval base is a few meter away where you can take walks or bike rides with beautiful ocean views and tourist attractions. You can also walk to several yummy seafood restaurants.

One block away from the entrance to la Chocolatera, one block away from the towers "punta pacifico", with sea view in Salinas-Chipipe with the most beautiful beach of the Peninsula. Fully furnished, a/c in all 3 bedrooms, WIFI and Smart TV. The apartment comes along with a stand-up paddle board, a surfboard (long board) and a boxing bag with gloves. The apartment is located on the top floor (4th floor) and has no elevator.
