Iosef is a wonderful host. He made us feel welcome right from the very start. His traditional Cretan home, that he has lovingly restored is truly magical. The views overlooking Sitia are absolutely breathtaking. You are surrounded by wild flowers, olive groves and not forgetting overlooking the turquoise waters of the Agean sea. Anyone who wants to Immerse themselves in nature, Cretan culture, flower scented clean air and perfect stillness. Then Iosef's beautiful home is for you. Iosef thank you so much for your kind hospitality, we enjoyed every single moment, especially the local honey!! We will definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Seascape Villa! The views are truly stunning and the photos do not do them justice! Maria was an incredible and caring host/ point of contact and was so responsive, providing special tips and recommendations to make our visit enjoyable! She’s happy to help, and even called ahead to restaurants for vegan options for us - thanks! The separate and very private bedrooms with their own entrances are great for sharing the space. Lots of outdoor places to relax and enjoy the view. The secluded rocky beach is breathtaking and absolutely worth the hike down and up - more for the adventurous type but absolutely doable and worth it! So peaceful and gorgeous down at that beach. Sometimes there is some noise from the neighbors and their dogs, cats, and from the road behind the house which is normal/ typical if off a main road and with neighbors - just flagging that although it is private and somewhat secluded it can get noisy at times. 100 percent would return!!

Ωραία ήσυχη τοποθεσία, μεγάλο ευρύχωρο σπίτι με όλα τα απαραίτητα! Θα το ξαναπροτιμησω στο μέλλον αν ξαναεπισκεφθω την περιοχή!

Elia's Studios is a wonderful solution in a wonderful place. The apartment was nice, modern, comfortable and clean and so was the little residence it is set in, swimming pool included: the sort of place that soon feels home, and that you enjoy spending a little time in after a day at the sea side. The area is fascinating and full of opportunities: the restaurants around - the owners also run a restaurant- extremely good. My 12-years old son and I had a great time: the only thing that could be handled better are the indications to arrive as, prabably due to a translation issue from the Greek, the actual name of the resort doesn't match the airbnb one. However, that was quickly set through phone call.

Das kleine, wunderschöne Haus von Despoina steht allein zwischen Olivenbäumen. Alles war sehr sauber. In der Küche war alles notwendige vorhanden. Wir wurden sehr freundlich mit einem gefüllten Obstkorb und Wein empfangen. 3 Tavernen am Strand sind fußläufig zu erreichen, auch nach Agathias ist der Weg nicht weit. Die Strände rundherum sind ein Traum.

Traumhafter Urlaub bei Venetia und Michalis. Man fühlt sich sofort zuhause und taucht völlig in die kretische Welt ein, wie ein Einheimischer. Da das Wetter perfekt war, haben wir uns überwiegend auf der schönen Terrasse unter dem Bambusdach aufgehalten. Wer die Gegend Ost-Kretas erkunden will, und vor ausgiebigen Wanderungen nicht zurückschreckt, ist hier genau richtig. Venetia und Michalis tun alles, um einen perfekten Urlaub zu gewährleisten. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und blitzsauber. Im Kühlschrank waren die leckeren Besonderheiten Kretas für uns vorbereitet: Obst, Feta, selbstgemachte Marmelade, 1 Flasche Wein und ein besonders leckerer eigens hergestellter Raki. Venetia und Michalis haben uns bezüglich der schönsten Wanderungen, Strände und der besten Tavernen super beraten. Es war ein genialer Aufenthalt. Besonders die völlige Ruhe, nicht nur in der Nacht war sehr wohltuend. Venetia und Michalis, vielen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit im Mandarini House

Le logement de Michalis vous plonge directement dans l'atmosphère crétoise : la maison est posée dans un immense jardin de fleurs et arbres fruitiers et un champ d'oliviers aux troncs tortueux. La partie de la maison que nous avons occupée est très facile d'accès, avec une terrasse spacieuse, agréable et ombragée. La maison est très bien agencée, pratique pour un couple et deux enfants ou 3 personnes comme nous. La salle de bain avec douche est propre et fonctionnelle. Malgré la chaleur durant notre séjour (près 40° !), nous étions bien, grâce à la climatisation dans le salon et les courants d'air faciles à produire entre les pièces. C'est une valeur ajoutée. Que dire de la cuisine : rarement nous avions eu un logement aussi bien achalandé !! il y a tout le nécessaire pour faire de bons petits plats avec les produits locaux trouvés à Palekastro ou au marché de Sitia. Cerise sur le gâteau, à 800 m, la plage de Chiona +++ et ses délicieuses tavernas. Bref, des vacances au top !
