Great location about 200m off the main business street so easy access for bakeries, restaurants, groceries, etc. but quiet.

Mona and François' place is beautiful and quiet. You really have everything you need and you even get a little gift at the reception. Everything very clean and cozy furnishings. I would like to stay here again anytime.

It's simple: go for it! There is everything you need and even more in this accommodation. For children, there are all kinds of games and lots of books. For adults, you'll find everything you need! The environment is nice, quiet and peaceful Cathy provides very clear instructions Anyway We're doing very well. I recommend it!

In one word: great! We had a fantastic stay in this cottage with a group of 9 people. Everything was taken care of to the last detail and everything has really been thought of. The house is spacious, tastefully decorated, sparkling clean and fully equipped. From the kitchen to the bedrooms – we lacked nothing. Communication with the host was flawless and friendly. As far as we are concerned, this is an absolute must for those looking for comfort, tranquility and coziness with a larger group. As a small improvement (and really the only one we could think of): a towel radiator in the bathroom would complete the stay. We will definitely go back next year

Cozy weekend spent in the house, with children and grandchild, despite the somewhat inclement weather. Comfortable lodging with cozy pellet stove. Good beds that were neatly made (also the baby cot). Everything went as agreed. Very friendly welcome! :-) When the baby is older, we may come to test the swing and slide in the garden...

Small townhouse, well-equipped, clean, nicely decorated in small village in the countryside. Comfortable bedding. Very welcoming and responsive hosts. We'll be happy to go back!

Wonderfully nice complete house. Good furniture and a very complete kitchen. Everything is there. Good pans and nice tableware. Beautifully maintained bathroom. Garden offers 100% privacy and is very nice with nice garden furniture. Wonderful place to relax and unwind. Liza is very pleasant and friendly in her communication.

It’s a lovely, bright, comfortable, charming, and very clean studio apartment right next to the train station, about 10 minutes walk to the grocery store and lovely town square. Great bed. Flawless, fast internet. The host was very responsive to my communications. Charleville-Mézières is also a surprisingly lovely and charming town in the Ardennes Forest with a verdant river & lots of walking trails. I spent a month here as a base for trips to Belgium and Germany and Lille. They clean the place once a week and left some great food when I arrived. However, the chair next to the desk is uncomfortable to sit in and work in all day. Also, twice when I was cooking with both burners, the circuit was blown and I had to open the electrical panel to turn on the power again. So you should cook using only one burner at a time. Finally, you can hear the train station announcements all day long, but they aren’t too loud and I didn’t mind. It’s silent at night. Overall I was very happy here.

I was hosted very well by Jean François. The apartment is in a very good location in the pretty village of Rochehaut. Jean François gave good advice about the village restaurants. He washed some of the clothes that had experienced a long day of cycling. My bike was able to spend the night sheltered in its garage. Nothing else to say.

We really had a fantastic stay. Sabine is very friendly and considerate. We felt right at home. In the neighborhood, there are beautiful walks and the town of Bouillon is nearby. We have completely relaxed here and would immediately book again.

Such a lovely place to stay! We stayed with our one year old daughter and the roof terrace was a perfect spot to spend time our evenings after she went to bed. Would definitely recommend!!

We had a very nice stay. We stayed here with several couples and children. Everything was provided. It is very clean. There is plenty of space and something for everyone.

Really good location - nice view of the valley. Really well appointed kitchen and furniture. Important that you are comfortable lighting a fire.

Was a nice and nice place to stay with 7 adults and two children. Nice children's room with lots of toys. Spacious house with two bathrooms. Everything was beautifully clean. Contact went smoothly and friendly. Certainly subject to repetition.

We were there with 6 adults and 3 small children for 5 days and celebrated a wonderful birthday there. A great house, superbly equipped in the kitchen area. Unfortunately, there was only 1 crib and 1 high chair, maybe you could be a little more flexible! And the discussion with the size of the duvet covers and sheets and renting the bed linen when using a double bed as a single person (here you have to book the bed linen for 2 people!) is probably very narrow-minded with such a great house and the price. But otherwise a very quiet location with a wonderful view, a fantastic hot tub, which you have to heat up early enough and a billiard room complete this exclusive house very well! We had a lovely time with the family at Alexis's manor. Jonas was a lovely and thoughtful host. The road in front is not a problem in terms of noise, like the supermarkets around. It was a bit of a fear of mine but that wasn't the case and the Carrefour behind the fence proved very useful many times! The bedding was also very good, note that you need to arrive with your bed and shower linens. In short, a place to recommend if you are a large group. The only small plus would be a toilet on the ground floor (toilets in each bedroom), but hey, that's it. Thank you so much Jonas for sharing this! Kind regards

We stayed over Christmas with our young children. The apartment is well located and easy to find. We found the kitchen to be well equipped and had everything we needed. We appreciated the Christmas decorations that had been put up around the house to make it feel homely. Would definitely stay again.

Check-in and check-out, as well as communication with Andreea, went smoothly. The house, pool, sauna, and garden were in a really good and well-kept condition. Due to the proximity to the next houses, there is potential for conflict if things get a bit noisy, however.

We had a wonderful active weekend with friends in the Ardennes. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, two spacious terraces, spacious dining table, both inside and outside.
