The cottage is a remote annex, independent of the main house which is sometimes inhabited by the owners. Pleasant contemporary loft of 80 m2 in an old renovated barn. The detached house is located on a quiet street in Bazeilles. It consists of: - On the ground floor: garage, access to small patio (12 m2) - On the 1st floor: living area (living room, dining room) with open integrated kitchen, shower room, toilet - On the 2nd floor: mezzanine converted into a sleeping area/office area. Roof windows (electric with shutters) provide natural lighting for living spaces.

In Marbehan, we offer a duplex attached to the house with private access, equipped with two bedrooms upstairs, TV, Wi-Fi, shower room, small kitchen equipped with a microwave, utensils, stove, dining table... we offer a warm family setting, places for bicycles/motorcycles in a garage. infant crib available...
